As a major manufacturing province, Guangdong boasts a number of national manufacturing single champions. In 2022, Guangdong initiated its first selection of provincial-level manufacturing single-item champions. Recently, the list of enterprises recognized as manufacturing single-item champions for 2024 was released, featuring 357 enterprises, marking the highest number of new additions in recent years.

The recently announced enterprises of manufacturing single-item champions come from 18 cities across Guangdong. The cities are ranked by the number of selected enterprises as follows: Shenzhen has 100 enterprises, Guangzhou has 75, Foshan has 54, Dongguan has 38, Zhuhai has 23, Zhongshan has 17, and Huizhou has 13. Additionally, Jiangmen and Zhaoqing each have 8, Shaoguan has 7, Yunfu has 3, while Maoming, Shantou, Yangjiang, and Heyuan each have 2. Finally, Qingyuan, Jieyang, and Zhanjiang each have 1 enterprise.

The number of additional manufacturing single-item champions has also reached a new high since the selection began in 2022. On one hand, Guangdong's "new three" products have demonstrated outstanding export performance, significantly boosting the new energy industry. On the other hand, the recent wave of large-scale industrial equipment upgrades and technological transformations has created development opportunities for enterprises involved in equipment supply and demand.

The products submitted by this year's selected enterprises are primarily concentrated in emerging industrial clusters, including new energy, new materials, smart manufacturing, and biomedicine.

Among the selected enterprises in the new energy sector, Shenzhen stands out as the leader, showcasing its strength as the "Top Industrial City." Notably, EcoFlow focuses on mobile energy storage and clean energy, continually developing innovative products and technologies in this field. Additionally, Landworld specializes in onboard power supplies for new energy vehicles and special purpose power supplies and is recognized as a national high-tech enterprise as well as a national specialized and sophisticated small and medium enterprise.

In the biomedicine sector, the selection includes traditional Chinese medicine products such as Xiao Chai Hu granules, Kou Yan Qing granules, Xia Sang Ju granules, and Bao Ji oral liquid. It also features a global unicorn company, VectorBuilder, which leads in the field of gene delivery with its high-throughput customized gene carriers. Additionally, there are medical devices such as hearing aids, medical monitors, a series of exoskeleton rehabilitation robots, and emergency transport ventilators.

新增357家粤企！“单项冠军”小领域做出大作为

作为制造大省，广东拥有一批国家级制造业单项冠军，并在2022年启动了第一批省级制造业单项冠军遴选。在近期发布的2024年广东省省级制造业单项冠军企业公示名单中，有357家企业入选，新增数量创下近年来新高。

此次公示的省级制造业单项冠军企业来自18个地市，按入选企业数量排序依次为：深圳100家，广州75家，佛山54家，东莞38家，珠海23家，中山17家，惠州13家，江门、肇庆各8家，韶关7家，云浮3家，茂名、汕头、阳江、河源各2家，清远、揭阳、湛江各1家。

此次新增的省级制造业单项冠军数量也创下自2022年评选以来的新高。一方面是广东去年“新三样”产品出口表现出色，对新能源产业拉动作用明显；另一方面，今年的大规模工业设备更新、技术改造热潮也为设备供需企业提供了发展空间。

从今年入选企业的申报产品来看，主要分布在新能源、新材料、智能制造、生物医药等新兴产业集群。

此次入选的新能源领域企业中，入选企业数量位居榜首的深圳更是秀出“工业第一城”的强大实力。其中，正浩创新专注于移动储能和清洁能源领域，不断研发创新清洁能源产品与技术；陆巡科技专注于新能源汽车车载电源和特种电源业务，是国家高新技术企业和国家专精特新“小巨人”企业。

在生物医药领域，既有小柴胡颗粒、口炎清颗粒、夏桑菊颗粒、保济口服液等中成药产品，也有在基因递送领域占据领先地位的全球独角兽企业云舟生物科技（广州）股份有限公司的高通量定制化基因载体，还有助听器、医用监护仪、AI外骨骼康复机器人系列产品、急救转运呼吸机等器械。
