On October 12th, Shenzhen's largest-ever graduate job fair for the year was held at the Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center. A total of 620 enterprises brought more than 34,000 high-quality job positions, Spanning popular industries such as high-tech, electronic information, healthcare, intelligent manufacturing, and renewable energy, attracting nearly tens of thousands of university graduates. According to statistics, among the more than 600 participating enterprises, there were 61 listed companies, 275 specialized and innovative enterprises, and 369 high-tech enterprises, including world's top 500 companies such as Tencent, Ping An Bank, BYD, SF Express, and TCL.

The job fair targeted strategic emerging industries such as new-generation electronic information, marine economy, new materials, green and low-carbon, Biomedical and health, where enterprises in these industries had a particularly strong demand for high-end talent, with some positions offering monthly salaries up to 35,000 yuan. Statistics showed that the job fair attracted 28,000 attendees, with over 77% of graduates holding bachelor's degrees or above, and 15% holding master's or doctoral degrees, demonstrating Shenzhen's strong appeal as a city of innovation for talent.

In the live-streaming recruitment area, 10 enTerprises recruited talents online, offering 94 positions with a total of 586 job vacancies, attracting Tens of thousands of viewers online.

At the evenT, the exhibition stands of Shenzhen Public Housing Group Co., Ltd. And the Hong Kong Talent Engage (HKTE) were eye-catching. The Housing Group highlighted its rental service plan for college graduates, Selecting a batch of accessible, appropriately sized, and reasonably priced affordable rental housing for graduates, effectively addressing their housing needs.

The HKTE introduced Hong Kong's talent admission schemes and diversified support services to assist talent in settling locally. It also invited multiple partners to introduce Hong Kong's employment market and talent development opportunities, Providing more diverse options for college graduate employment.

3.4万个工作岗位虚席以待 深圳年度最大规模毕业生双选会举行

10月12日，深圳年度内最大规模毕业生双选会在深圳会展中心举办。620家企业带来了超过3.4万个优质岗位，涵盖高新技术、电子信息、医疗、智能制造、新能源等热门行业，吸引近数万名高校毕业生参加。据统计，600多家参会企业中上市公司有61家，专精特新企业275家，高新技术企业369家，包括腾讯、平安银行、比亚迪、顺丰、TCL等世界500强企业。

双选会瞄准战略性新兴产业领域，如新一代电子信息、海洋经济、新材料、绿色低碳、生物医疗与健康等，这些专区的企业对高端人才的需求尤为旺盛，部分岗位招聘月薪达到3.5万元。据统计，本届双选会吸引了2.8万人次参会，超77%的毕业生拥有本科以上学历，其中硕博占比15%，展现了深圳作为创新之城对人才的强大吸引力。

在直播带岗区，10家企业在线引才，提供岗位94个，共计586个岗位需求，吸引了数万人次观众在线参与。

活动现场，深圳市安居集团有限公司与香港人才服务办公室的展位引人注目。安居集团重点展示了高校毕业生租房服务计划，将选取一批区位便捷、户型合适、价格合理的保障性租赁住房供毕业生租住，有效解决了毕业生们的居住需求。

香港人才服务办公室现场介绍香港人才入境计划，以及协助人才落户的多元化支援服务；还邀请多家合作伙伴介绍香港的就业市场以及人才发展机遇，为高校毕业生就业提供更多元选择。
