The 2024 National Day Golden Week is about to come to an end. According to data from Mafengwo, the top ten most popular travel destinations during the holiday include Beijing, Shanghai, Chengdu, Chongqing, Guangzhou, Xi'an, Nanjing, Hangzhou, Suzhou, and Wuhan.

For Beijing, which was the top one, experiencing the warm atmosphere of the 75th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China and watching a flag-raising ceremony at Tian'anmen Square have become the desired "sense of National Day" for many tourists from other places.

During the holiday, the Sichuan-Chongqing region, known for its natural landscapes, rich cultural heritage, and unique cuisine, was eye-catching. Scenic spots around Chengdu, such as Mount Siguniang, Daocheng Yading, and Bipenggou, are experiencing a peak in autumn scenery, attracting increasing attention. Additionally, the popularity of Jiuzhaigou has surged by an impressive 300% compared to the previous period, boosted by high-speed rail access.

In Guangdong, Guangzhou has made it into the top five popular cities, fueled by over 2,000 festive activities that encompass culture, art, and intangible cultural heritage. Events like the "Yue Fashion Electronic Music Festival" in the Chime Long Resort, the "National Trend Carnival" in Sunac Land, and "Second Guangdong Traditional Chinese Culture and Arts Festival" in the Baiyun Mountain have significantly contributed to this surge in popularity.

A large number of visitors, drawn by the game "Black Myth: Wukong", have chosen to explore Shanxi during the holiday. This influx has increased foot traffic to popular tourist attractions such as Wutai Mountain, Yungang Grottoes, Hanging Temple, and Yingxian Wooden Pagoda. The previously lesser-known site of Xiaoxitian in Xi County has also been exhibiting a significant surge in visitors over recent days.

Exploring hidden gem cities that are less crowded and offer beautiful scenery has always been a favorite activity among young travelers seeking highly cost-effective travel experiences.

During this year's holiday, cities such as Wuyuan, Yixing, Shunde, Yanji, Tengchong, Tonglu, Arxan, Xichang, Kaiping, and Pingtan made it to the top ten list of the most popular hidden gem cities. Notably, Kaiping in Guangdong attracted a large number of visitors from both within and outside the province, with its popularity increasing by an impressive 220%.

This year's National Day holiday has also become an excellent opportunity for outbound travel.

Hong Kong SAR and Macao SAR are leading as popular destinations for travelers. Many tourists from the mainland are eager to enjoy holiday experiences such as watching the National Day fireworks at Victoria Harbour in Hong Kong and exploring the culinary delights in the streets of Macao. During the holiday, the Hengqin Port has consistently broken daily records for the flow of passengers and vehicles entering and exiting.

Among foreign countries, in addition to the traditionally popular outbound travel destinations like Japan, Singapore, Thailand, and Malaysia, Georgia has made a notable entry into the top five for the first time since it introduced visa-free travel last year, which has significantly boosted its popularity.

出圈！广州入围旅游热门城市前五

2024十一黄金周即将落幕。马蜂窝大数据显示，北京、上海、成都、重庆、广州、西安、南京、杭州、苏州、武汉位列十一假期国内热门城市目的地前十。

对于夺得榜首的北京来说，到首都感受新中国75周年华诞的热烈氛围，在天安门观看一次升旗仪式，成为不少外地游客向往的“国庆仪式感”。

节日期间，集自然风光、文化底蕴、特色美食于一身的川渝地区表现依旧抢眼。成都周边秋景正盛的四姑娘山、稻城亚丁、毕棚沟等自然类景区热度连日上涨，高铁加持下的九寨沟热度环比涨幅高达300%。

而在广东，在长隆度假区电音节、融创乐园国潮嘉年华、白云山传统文化艺术节等两千余场涵盖文化、艺术、非遗等节庆活动的带动下，广州也一举冲进热门城市前五。

大批跟着《黑神话：悟空》打卡的游客则将十一假期锁定了山西，带动五台山、云冈石窟、悬空寺、应县木塔等景区的人流，曾经低调的隰县小西天更是连日爆满。

挖掘人少景美的宝藏小城，收获超高性价比的旅行体验，一直是年轻旅行者乐此不疲的事。

今年十一假期，婺源、宜兴、顺德、延吉、腾冲、桐庐、阿尔山、西昌、开平、平潭荣登热门宝藏小城前十榜单。其中，广东开平吸引了大量省内外游客，热度涨幅高达220%。

这个十一长假也成为出境游的好时机。

中国香港、中国澳门实力领跑出境游热门目的地——在香港的维多利亚港观看国庆烟花、在澳门的街头巷尾寻觅美食，是内地游客最热衷的假日体验，横琴口岸十一期间接连刷新单日出入境客流车流纪录。

境外国家中，除日本、新加坡、泰国、马来西亚等常规热门出境游国家外，自去年免签后热度一路上涨的格鲁吉亚首次冲进前五。
