In just two days, Xing Shuai Agriculture in Huaiji, Guangdong, managed to sell over 5,000 kilograms of fruit. Within a week, they received orders for more than 30,000 kilograms of Guangdong eagle mouth peach and also helped local farmers sell over 3,000 kilograms of camellia oil and 1,500 kilograms of honey, more than double the sales from previous years. These achievements have set multiple sales records and significantly increased local income. As the only ethnic minority township in Zhaoqing, Guangdong, Huaiji County's Xiashuai Zhuang and Yao ethnic township has focused on developing the local "beef, tea, and wine" industries and promoting ethnic-themed eco-tourism, enhancing both the cultural appeal and economic prospects of the region.

Exploring the model of village committees co-managing businesses to prosper villagers

In November 2021, Xiashuai Zhuang and Yao ethnic township established Xing Shuai Agriculture, a village committee-run enterprise jointly owned by five village committees. Under this company's management, agricultural products like eagle peaches, Sanhua plums, Lingzhi , camellia oil, and honey have successfully reached markets beyond the mountains. This has led to each administrative village in Xiashuai earning over 150,000 yuan annually. Each of the five village collectives holds a 20% stake in Xing Shuai Agriculture, with annual dividends distributed. So far, the company has created jobs for over 1,000 local residents and distributed three rounds of dividends totaling 190,000 yuan per village, fostering a collaborative growth trend among local cooperatives.

At the Dancong (Single Clump) tea  plantation in Xiashuai, tea farmers are busy with their harvest. In the Zhuang and Yao red wine workshop, the aroma of wine fills the air. High-quality beef is attracting numerous buyers. The local area is continuously strengthening the scale, industrialization, and branding of its unique industries, including beef cattle, Dancong tea, and Zhuang and Yao red wine.

A representative from Xiashuai stated that the area of Dancong tea plantations has reached over 1,500 mu, with an annual production of more than 10,000 kilograms of fresh tea and a value exceeding 2.8 million yuan, creating jobs for over 300 residents. As the Zhuang and Yao red wine industry expands, its annual production has reached 50,000 kilograms, with ongoing efforts to broaden its market reach. Additionally, the local is planning to build a demonstration farm for high-quality beef cattle and a market for high-quality and finished beef cattle.

Enriching the Zhuang and Yao cultural elements to create a unique village tourism project

The picturesque Niu Xian Valley scenic area in Xiashuai features flowing streams, mountain breezes, and the sounds of birds, with a suspension bridge spanning two peaks. As the peak summer tourist season arrives, Mr. Chen, the manager, mentioned in an interview that they are continually incorporating more Zhuang and Yao cultural elements to make the area a popular destination for ethnic-themed tourism.

Xiashuai combines boutique tourism routes with regular ethnic-themed festivals. Over the past three years, the region has hosted more than 210,000 visitors, enhancing its reputation as a "Guangdong Tourist Town". According to local officials, Xiashuai is vigorously developing ethnic-themed ecological tourism by creating demonstration areas of beautiful ethnic villages and characteristic blocks, implementing a series of ethnic village tourism projects, building unique ethnic-themed guesthouses, and establishing an integrated agricultural, cultural, and tourism industry base.

肇庆怀集下帅壮族瑶族乡：壮瑶元素让民族地区“有颜有料”|聚焦广东民族地区高质量发展

2天时间销售1万多斤水果；短短一周时间收到6万多斤鹰嘴桃销售订单；帮助种养户成功销售山茶油6000多斤、蜂蜜3000多斤，是往年销量的2倍多……广东怀集的兴帅农业创造了多项销售纪录，带动当地村民致富增收。作为广东省肇庆市唯一一个少数民族乡，怀集县下帅壮族瑶族乡做好“牛、茶、酒”三字文章，大力发展民族风情生态旅游，让民族地区“有颜有料”。

探索村委联办企业，让村民富起来

2021年11月，怀集县下帅壮族瑶族乡成立了由5个村委会共同持股的村委联办企业——兴帅农业。在该公司运营下，鹰嘴桃、三华李、灵芝、山茶油、蜂蜜等农副产品顺利走出深山，带动下帅壮族瑶族乡每个行政村集体经济年收入突破15万元大关。数据显示，下帅乡5个村集体各持有20%的兴帅农业“基本股”，实行每年1次分红。截至目前，兴帅农业累计带动1000多名当地村民就业，为5个行政村分红3次，每个村累计分红19万元，区域内各个专业合作社抱团发展势头已显。

在下帅乡的单丛茶种植基地，茶农采茶正忙；壮瑶红酒坊内，酒香四溢；出品优良的牛肉，正迎来大批采购商……当地不断夯实推动黄牛、单丛茶、壮瑶红酿酒加工业等特色产业规模化、产业化、品牌化发展。

下帅乡相关负责人受访时表示，目前，下帅乡单丛茶种植面积达1500多亩、年产鲜茶超20000斤、产值超280万元，带动周边村民就业300多人；随着壮瑶红酒产业规模化发展，下帅乡壮瑶红酒年产量10万斤，目前正大力拓展销路；此外，当地正筹备建设优质品种肉牛养殖示范场、优质种牛及成品肉牛交易市场。

丰富壮瑶元素，打造民族特色村寨旅游项目

潺潺溪流，风吹山林，鸟语蝉声回荡，索桥横贯于两座山峰之间。位于下帅乡的牛仙谷景区迎来了暑期旅游的旺季，景区负责人陈先生受访表示，景区还不断丰富壮瑶民族元素，让景区成为民族特色旅游打卡地。

下帅乡结合精品旅游路线，定期举办“四季村晚”、闹元宵、牛王诞等民族特色农文旅节庆活动，三年来累计接待游客逾21万人次，持续擦亮“广东省旅游小镇”名片。下帅乡相关负责人表示，下帅乡正大力发展民族风情生态旅游，建设民族美丽乡村风貌示范带、民族特色风貌街区，实施一批民族特色村寨旅游项目，建设民族特色精品民宿，打造农文旅融合产业基地。
