From January 12th to 14th, the 2024 World Teochew Cuisine Conference took place in Shantou. The event featured over two hundred distinctive culinary brands, with three major exhibition zones: "Taste of Shantou," "Food Supply Chain," and "Greater Bay Area Food Carnival," occupying hundreds of booths.

On the second day of the expo, which coincided with Saturday, Chaoshan delicacies such as braised goose, beef balls, and pork knuckle rice maintained their popularity, attracting long queues of visitors. Booths showcasing grains and oils, kitchenware, and smart cooking devices also drew the attention of many attendees. 1月12日至14日，2024世界潮汕菜大会在汕头举行，大会现场共有两百多个特色餐饮品牌参展，现场设“品味汕头”展区、“食材供应链”展区、“大湾区美食嘉年华”展区三大展区，达数百个展位。

大会第二天恰逢周六，大会现场卤鹅、牛肉丸、猪脚饭等潮汕本土美食展位人气不减，大排长龙；粮油、餐厨用品、智能烹饪设备展位也频频有市民上前问询。羊城晚报记者穿梭于人群中，在现场“寻觅”特色的潮汕美味，沉浸体验飘香的各式美食。
