At 12:00 on September 5th, a cold-chain special train carrying 640 tons of Kashgar plums in 32 containers departed from Kashgar Station in Xinjiang Province and headed to Pinghu Railway Station in Shenzhen, where it will be distributed to various locations in South China. This is the first cold-train special train from Kashgar to the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
The plums are stored in one of the highest standard modern cold-chain bases in Kashgar and even Xinjiang, whose capacity reaches 30,000 tons. Its operation will increase Kashgar's cold chain storage capacity by 40% and keep more specialty agricultural products fresh when transported out of the region.
It is understood that the mature and picking period of plums is very concentrated for only 20 days. Due to its short shelf life, the usual sales period only lasts over a month. However, through a series of refrigeration technologies by China International Marine Containers (CIMC), the storage period of plums can be extended from over a month to two to three months. In order to improve the quality of cold chain transportation and decrease losses caused by road bumps as much as possible, CIMC Carrying Fresh adopts cold chain trains to transport plums to the cold chain distribution center of CIMC Carrying Fresh's sales area. It is expected that a total of four cold-chain special trains will be operated this year, with one to Shenzhen and three to Xi'an.
It is worth mentioning that, in order to ensure that consumers can enjoy authentic fresh Xinjiang plums, CIMC Carrying Fresh has attached a traceability code on the outer packaging box of the plums. By scanning it, consumers can trace the origin, picking time, picking location, processing time, and other "identity" information of the fruit.
The first cold-chain special train carrying 640 tons of plums will be sold on domestic fresh e-commerce platforms such as CIMC Carrying Fresh, Meituan Maicai, Dingdong Maicai, and Hema Fresh in early September.
In order to better build the industry chain of the brand trademark named "Kashgar Fresh", CIMC Carrying Fresh will also take the cold-chain base as the core and the county-level cold-chain distribution center as the support to realize full cold-chain and low transportation loss rate of agricultural products with the CIMC mobile cold storage and pre-cooling boxes in the production area. By carrying out product traceability management, "Kashgar Fresh" fresh products will be built as a representative of high-quality products, directly sold to mainstream domestic supermarkets and e-commerce platforms and help reconstruct the local fresh supply chain in Kashgar.
640吨西梅!新疆喀什至深圳首趟冷链专列开行
9月5日12时,一列装有32只集装箱、满载640吨伽师西梅的冷链专列从新疆喀什站驶出,开往深圳平湖火车站,中转后销往华南各地。这是由喀什发往粤港澳大湾区的首趟冷链专列。
该冷链基地冷库容量达3万吨,是目前喀什地区乃至新疆已建成的最高标准现代化冷库之一。它的投运将提升喀什市冷链仓储能力40%,帮助更多特色农产品“新鲜”出疆。
据了解,西梅采摘期十分集中,大约20天集中成熟上市。因保鲜期短,通常上市销售期仅1个多月。但是通过中集一系列的冷藏技术,可以将西梅贮存期从1个多月延长到2—3个月。为了提升冷链运输品质,尽量避免由于公路颠簸而造成的损耗,中集集鲜生采用冷链班列的方式,将西梅运输至中集集生鲜的销地冷链集配中心。预计今年总发运4个冷链班列,1列发往深圳,3列发往西安。
值得一提的是,为确保消费者吃上正宗的新鲜新疆西梅,中集集鲜生在西梅外包装盒上贴有溯源码,扫一扫即可溯源水果产地、采摘时间、采摘地点、加工时间等“身份”信息。
首趟冷链专列运输的640吨西梅计划于9月初由中集集鲜生直供美团买菜、叮咚买菜、朴朴超市、盒马鲜生等国内生鲜电商平台进行销售。
为了更好地打造“喀集鲜(品牌商标)”品牌生鲜产业链,中集集鲜生还将以冷链基地为核心,以县级冷链集配中心为支撑,结合在产区田间布局中集移动冷库、预冷箱,真正实现“喀集鲜”产品全程冷链、降低农产品产后货损率。通过开展产品溯源管理,努力将“喀集鲜”品牌生鲜产品打造成为优质产品的代表,直销到国内主流商超、电商平台,助力喀什当地生鲜供应链生态的重构。
