On September 5th, a cycling event in Guangzhou to cheer up the Hangzhou Asian Games held a launching ceremony for a journey with the elements of Maritime Silk Road intagible cultural heritage. Over a hundred cyclists gathered on the banks of the Pearl River to promote physical exercise and send blessings to the upcoming Hangzhou Asian Games and to Chinese athletes.

During the event, several representative inheritors of intangible cultural heritage appeared. Among them, Tan Guanghui, a national-level representative inheritor of Canton Porcelain, brought his new work, a Canton Porcelain plate, named " Maritime Silk Road Intangible Cultural Heritage Journey of Asian Games"; Huang Dongwei, a representative inheritor of Guangzhou's intangible cultural heritage and a master of Wing Chun, showcased the wonderful Wing Chun with her teammates; and the masterpiece of dragon head and dragon tail that represent the greatest techniques of making a dragon boat were used by director Zhang Yimou in the documentary of the Beijing Winter Olympics, which aroused the curiosity and enthusiasm of the audience.

The 19th Hangzhou Asian Games is coming soon, and visitors can have a glimpse of the Hangzhou Asian Games seal at the event site. This seal incorporates three intangible cultural heritage techniques: jade carving, metal carving in relief, and medal knitting, perfectly blending Chinese traditional culture with Asian Games. There are only three such seals in the country, currently exhibited in Hangzhou, Beijing, and Guangzhou, respectively. The Asian Games seal exhibition in Guangzhou is held at the Guangzhou Gymnasium.

On the day of the event, over a hundred cyclists rode along the Pearl River Greenway for 12 kilometers, enjoying the beautiful natural and cultural landscapes on both sides. They returned to the starting point to receive commemorative medals, which marked the successful end of the event.

The purpose of this event is to integrate the concept of the "Maritime Silk Road" with the "intangible cultural heritage", highlight Chinese cultural confidence, promote industrial integration, and ultimately achieve high-quality social and economic development.

The Guangzhou Dream Cycling Team will depart from Guangzhou and pass through nine cities with "zhou" in their name: Guangzhou, Huizhou, Chaozhou, Zhangzhou, Quanzhou, Fuzhou, Wenzhou, Taizhou and Hangzhou, all of which are stopping stations along the Maritime Silk Road, giving cycling a whole new meaning.

助力杭州亚运会，2023广州骑行大会火热启动

9月5日，2023广州骑行大会暨海丝非遗亚运行举行发车仪式，百余位车友齐聚珠江之滨，以一场大型骑行活动倡导全民健身，为即将开幕的杭州亚运会送上祝福，也为中国健儿加油助威。

活动期间，多位非遗代表性传承人亮相。其中，广彩国家级非遗代表性传承人谭广辉带来了新近创作的“海丝非遗亚运行”广彩瓷盘；咏春拳大师、广州市非遗代表性传承人黄冬薇和队友展示了精彩的咏春拳；而龙舟龙头、龙尾制作技艺的大成之作，被张艺谋导演选中参与拍摄北京冬奥会纪录片的龙头现身，更是引来车友们的好奇与热捧。

第19届杭州亚运会即将到来，在活动现场能一睹杭州亚运会印玺。该印玺融入玉雕、錾刻、花丝镶嵌三大非遗技艺，完美融合中国传统文化与亚运文化。全国仅有三枚，目前分别在杭州、北京、广州进行展览，广州地区的亚运印展览安排在广州体育馆内。

活动当天，百余位车友沿着珠江碧道骑行12公里，欣赏两岸优美的自然和人文景观。骑行队回到发车仪式现场领取纪念奖牌，活动圆满结束。

将“海上丝绸之路”概念与“非物质文化遗产”融会贯通，凸显文化自信，推动产业融合，进而实现社会经济高质量发展，是本次活动的根本宗旨和宏大目标。

广州梦骑行队将从广州出发，途径九“州”（广州—惠州—潮州—漳州—泉州—福州—温州—台州—杭州），全部是海上丝绸之路的停靠驿站，为骑行赋予全新的意义。
