Para celebrar o seu terceiro aniversário, a cidade de Nantou organiza uma série de eventos de 26 a 29 de agosto em Shenzhen. Este ano marca o décimo aniversário da Iniciativa "Uma Faixa, Uma Rota". A Cidade Antiga de Nantou, uma das dez principais coordenadas culturais e geográficas ao longo da Rota da Seda na província de Guangdong, possui um rico património histórico e origem cultural. Este evento recebeu o apoio da Associação das Cidades Muralhadas de Veneza, em Itália. Os antecedentes históricos e o património cultural semelhantes, bem como a ligação através da Rota Marítima da Seda, reforçaram os laços entre Veneza e a Cidade Antiga de Nantou. Através do poder da cultura, pretendem promover as ideias de amizade e cooperação, injetar nova energia no desenvolvimento urbano e orientar ativamente o intercâmbio e a colisão de culturas chinesas e estrangeiras.

To celebrate its third anniversary, Nantou City hosts a series of eventsfrom August 26 to 29 in Shenzhen. This year marks the tenth anniversary of the Belt and Road Initiative. Nantou Ancient Town, as one of the top ten cultural and geographical coordinates along the Silk Road in Guangdong Province, has a rich historical heritage and cultural origin. This event received support from the Association of Walled Towns of Venetoin Italy. The similar historical background and cultural heritage, as well as the connection through the Maritime Silk Road, have strengthened the bonds between Venice and Nantou Ancient Town. Through the power of culture, they aim to promote the ideas of friendship and cooperation, inject new energy into urban development, and actively guide the exchange and collision of Chinese and foreign cultures.

8月26日至29日，“城新城意-南头古城开街三周年系列活动”庆典在深圳南头古城举行。今年是“一带一路”倡议提出十周年，南头古城作为广东省十大丝绸之路文化地理坐标之一，具有深厚的历史底蕴和文化渊源。此次活动得到了意大利威尼托大区古城墙城市联盟的支持。相似的历史背景和文化底蕴，相连于海上丝绸之路的连接，使得威尼斯与南头古城更加城市将用文化的力量传递友谊与合作的理念，为城市发展注入新的动力，积极引导中外文化的交流与碰撞。
