Recently, Shenzhen Airport has accelerated the innovative application of various intelligent technologies and equipment in passenger services, logistics, and other fields, effectively enhancing the travel experience for passengers and operational efficiency.

Currently, domestic artificial intelligence models, represented by DeepSeek, are flourishing. Shenzhen Airport has launched an AI safety assistant based on these large AI models, integrating safety regulations, legal cases, and other data into an airport safety management knowledge base. Leveraging semantic search and AI recommendation functions, the assistant provides precise safety knowledge to frontline airport staff.

In 2024, the annual passenger throughput of Shenzhen Airport exceeded 60 million for the first time. During this year's Chinese New Year travel rush, Huawei's parking valet service, the world's first commercial airport pilot, was introduced at Shenzhen Airport. This service enables specific types of vehicles to automatically park and exit in the airport parking lot, saving passengers time by reducing long walks and the hassle of finding parking spaces.

In the future, when passengers are waiting for their flights at Shenzhen Airport, they may be served by coffee robots or delivery robots shuttling through the terminal. Additionally, the airport has piloted a "digital virtual human" customer service application. This virtual assistant, powered by large AI models, provides round-the-clock, multi-channel, multi-language, and intelligent information inquiry services for passengers.

In the aviation logistics sector, Shenzhen Airport has introduced AMR intelligent inspection robots, autonomous tow tractors, and AGV robots, among other smart devices. These innovations assist in cargo inspection, transportation, sorting, and other processes, gradually achieving fully unmanned operations and 24/7 functionality.

深圳机场的“机器人们”

近期,深圳机场加快推进各类智能技术、智能装备在旅客服务、物流运输等领域的创新应用,有效提升旅客的出行体验和机场的运行效率。

当前,以DeepSeek为代表的国产人工智能大模型蓬勃发展。深圳机场基于大模型上线了AI安全助手,将安全制度、法规案例等数据整合为机场安全管理知识库,借助语义搜索和AI推荐功能,为机场一线岗位精准推送安全知识。

2024年,深圳机场年旅客吞吐量首次突破了6000万人次。今年春运期间,华为泊车代驾全球首个机场商用试点落户深圳机场,实现特定类型车辆在机场停车场的自动泊位与自动驶出,帮助旅客节省长距离步行和寻找车位的时间。

未来,旅客在深圳机场候机时,想喝杯咖啡、点个外卖,提供服务的可能是穿梭在航站楼里的咖啡机器人、送餐机器人。此外,深圳机场还开展了“数字虚拟人”客服应用试点,该“数字虚拟人”基于大模型,为旅客提供全天候、多渠道、多语种、智能化的信息问询服务。

在航空物流的作业场景中,深圳机场引入了AMR智能查验机器人、无人驾驶牵引车、AGV机器人等智能化设备,助力货物查验、搬运、分拣等环节逐步实现全过程无人操作、全天候运行。
