From November 29th to 30th, Youth from the Greater Bay Participate Co-Reading Activities and Field Trips in ShenZhen. This event was held with the support of ShenZhen Municipal Publicity and Culture Development Special Fund, sponsored by Bauhinia CultureGroup and undertaken by Grand Unity Publication & Media. There are nearly 100 teachers and students from HKFEW Wong Cho Bau Secondary School (Hong Kong), Pui Ching Middle School (Macau) and Shenzhen Tiandong Middle School (Shenzhen) participated inthis activity.

Focusing on the themes of "ecological development" and "cultural inheritance", they successively visited Shenzhen's ecological development and cultural landmarks, such as Guangdong NeiLingding Futian National Nature Reserve, the Lighthouse Library and  the Waterfront Boardwalk in Yantian District, Shenzhen Fairy Lake Botanical Garden and Yantian Danjia Intangible Cultural Heritage.

The activity aims to lead teenagers in Shenzhen, Hong Kong and Macao to explore the wonderful part of Shenzhen’s ecosystem, to experience the charm of nature, and to learn about the achievement that Shenzhen have made in the sustainable environmental  development.

During the two-day activity of field trip, expert lecture and free discussion, students went deep into the Mangrove Natural Reserve, roamed around the Community Library and the Waterfront Boardwalk in Yantian Distict, as well as explored the Shenzhen  Fairy Lake Botanical Garden to gain the quiet stillness of nature and the wisdom of harmony between humanity and nature. Besides, they not only attained knowledges and gained a broader point of view, but also found precious friendships and many unforgettable  memories.

The organizer also prepared two books, "Parks in Shenzhen" and "Deep Forest of Shenzhen", for each teenager participating in the activity. Combined with the on-site explanation that given by the experts of natural education, these two books introduce  Shenzhen’s construction of park and concept of ecological development, helping teenager from the GBA to have an in-depth understanding of the urban construction and development of Shenzhen as well as planting the seeds of integrated development of  the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area deep in each teenager’s heart.

“山海连城 湾区共读”深港澳青少年共读一本书活动举行

11月29日至30日，由深圳市宣传文化事业发展专项资金支持，紫荆文化集团主办，大同出版传媒有限公司承办的“山海连城 湾区共读——深港澳青少年共读一本书研学主题活动”举行。来自香港教联会黄楚标中学、澳门培正中学和深圳市田东中学三所学校的近百名师生参加本次活动，围绕“生态发展”与“文化传承”主题，先后打卡广东内伶仃岛-福田国家级自然保护区、盐田灯塔图书馆和海滨栈道、深圳市仙湖植物园、盐田疍家非遗等深圳生态发展和文化地标。

活动旨在带领深港澳青少年用脚步探索绿美深圳，在实践中感受深圳蓝绿交织的自然魅力，了解深圳人与自然和谐共生的生态建设成果。在为期两天的活动中，深港澳同学们通过实地考察、专家讲座、互动讨论等形式，深入红树林自然保护区、漫游盐田社区图书馆和大美滨海栈道、探寻缤纷多彩的仙湖植物园，感受大自然的宁静与和谐，学习人与自然和谐共生的智慧，在收获知识的增长与视野的拓宽的同时，更收获着珍贵的友谊与难忘的记忆。

主办方还为每位参与活动的青少年准备了介绍深圳公园建设和生态发展的理念的《公园深圳》《深林其境》两本读物，方便三地青少年在自然教育专家现场讲解的基础上，深入了解深圳这座城市城市建设和发展状况，在青少年心中播下粤港澳大湾区融合发展的种子。
