Lingnan Cuisine | There is an old street built in the late Qing Dynasty in Tangkeng town,Meizhou, #Guangdong. The upper part of the street is where rice is sold, and the lower part of the street is where cloth is sold. In the intersection stands a Guan Gong \3Palace, and the local people call it “Guan Ye Qian”. It was once the most lively place of “Xitang ”. Here you can find a humble noodle soup shop. This #3shop was poorly constructed with no cover or fixed counter, and it is a stall that has been opened for 40 years. #LingnanCuisine
