First batch of Chinese New Year dishes made in Guangdong sold out in New Zealand

As the Chinese New Year approaches, Guangdong's Chinese New Year dishes"enter the internationalmarket. On the afternoon of February 6th, the first batch of Buddha Jumps Over the Wall has beensold out in New Zealand. For Guangdong, this is another successful example of building the image, standard, channel, and supply chain of Guangdong's agricultural products globally. For overseas Chinese, these dishes with a hometown flavor resonate with their deepest longing for their homeland, truly globalizing Guangdong's flavor.

On February 4th, a China Southern Airlines plane loaded with Guangdong-style "Chinese New Year dishes" flew to New Zealand and Australia, bringing the tasteofhomeland to overseas Chinese before the Chinese New Year of the Dragon.

On the afternoon of February 6th, Beijing time, good news came from the WeChat group "New Zealand's first-released Chinese New Year Dishes" that the first batch of Buddha Jumps Over the Wall has been sold out in New Zealand. Local distributorseven had notheldany tasteactivities, and the first batch of Chinese New Year Dishes has been snapped up. In the early morning, the WeChat group had already witnessed the joy that the Chinese New Year dishes sent to Australia had also successfully cleared customs.

In order to facilitate the export of Guangdong's Chinese New Year dishes, Guangdong Pinzhen Technology, a manufacturer of Chinese New Year dishes, has been doing research to develop products and packaging that comply with New Zealand's import and export inspection and quarantine standards. China Southern Airlines and Guangzhou Customs have also opened green channels to facilitate the smooth export of Guangdong's Chinese New Year dishes.

With the deep processing of various agricultural products, Guangdong's pre-made dishes have long broken through barriers like seasonal limitations and logistical constraints, carrying specialties like Xuwen pineapples, Maoming lychees, Zhanjiang pomfrets, and Chaoshan lion-head goose to markets far and wide.

Guangdong's Chinese New Year dishes are not only popular in overseas markets but also represent the sincerest emotional connection among the global Chinese communities. Chinese New Year dishes are not just food but also a wonderful bridge that connects family and culture.

Li Daxi, Chairman of the Chinese Association for Science and Business, said, "Nowadays, there are more and more Chinese people in New York. Asthe ChineseNewYearbecomes a statutory holiday in New York, the festive atmosphere is even stronger. We look forward to the early introduction of 'New Year dishes'intothe United States so that we can easily make New Year's Eve dinner and enjoy Chinese New Year."

新西兰首批广东“年菜”已售罄

在中国年即将到来之际,广东“年菜”迈出国门,北京时间2月6日下午,首批在新西兰上市的佛跳墙已经售罄。于广东,这是广东农产品出海品牌构建、标准构建、市场构建、渠道构建与供应链构建的又一成功典范;于海外华人,带着浓浓家乡味的“年菜”,带去的还是国人最为深切的家国期盼,真正实现广东味道全球共享。

2月4日,一架装载着广东特色“年菜”的南方航空飞机,顺利启航飞往新西兰和澳大利亚,在龙年春节前夕为海外华人带去家乡的味道。

北京时间2月6日下午,“年菜新西兰首发”微信群里传来好消息,首批在新西兰上市的佛跳墙已经售罄,当地经销商还没来得及做品鉴活动,首批“年菜”就已被抢空。更早一些,2月6日一早,微信群里已在报喜,发往澳大利亚的“年菜”也顺利通关。

为了使广东“年菜”能够顺利出口,“年菜”生产企业“广东品珍科技”积极研发生产符合新西兰进出口检验检疫标准的产品与包装,中国南方航空与广州海关等也特别开辟绿色通道,助推广东“年菜”顺利出口。

靠着各种农产品精深加工,广东预制菜早已带着徐闻菠萝、茂名荔枝、湛江金鲳鱼、潮汕狮头鹅等农产品突破季节限定、打破运输限制走南闯北。  

以年为名,广东“年菜”在海外热销的背后是全球华人最为真挚的情感连接。“年菜”不仅是食品,更是连接亲情、传承文化的美好载体。

国际华人科技工商协会主席李大西表示,“现在纽约的华人越来越多,春节是纽约州法定节日,年味更浓了,期待‘年菜’能够早日进入美国,让我们能轻轻松松做年饭,快快乐乐过大年。”
