The Foshan Spring Festival Cultural and Tourism Series recently began with an opening ceremony at the upcoming "Eternal Love of Guangdong" attraction in Romance Park, Nanhai District, Foshan.

Hailed as a once-in-a-lifetime spectacle, "Eternal Love of Guangdong" stands as the crown jewel of the first Romance Park in Guangdong, weaving a cultural legend of the Pearl River Delta that celebrates the Cantonese spirit of bold and innovation through an impressive visual and auditory experience.

Highlight 1: awesome special effects techniques

The mesmerizing special effects bring fantasies to life and elevate the tourist experience. Imagine the awe as the Pearl River's waters cascade from above, with torrents flooding the stage, making waves surge towards the audience. The moment a colossal ship to Southeast Asia sails into the theater, the stage morphs into a vast ocean of soaring waves and heart-stopping action.  

Accompanied by a resounding cry of "Wong Fei-hung is here", a precision wire-flying system sends the legendary master gliding through a "barrage of bullets," showcasing the finesse of Guangdong martial arts.

The scene shifts to a solemn battlefield, resonating with the boom of drums as swordsmen on wires execute aerial maneuvers; Lady Xian, in full armor, and warhorses on treadmills add to the spectacle.

This performance masterfully blends reality with fantasy, immersing the audience in a vibrant tableau that marries ancient culture with modern innovation, highlighting the fusion of Lingnan heritage with the global stage.

Highlight 2: thrilling martial arts showcases

Foshan, celebrated as the "City of Kung Fu," boasts Wong Fei-hung as its cultural symbol, embodying the integrity and spirit of the Cantonese.

"For the nation, for the people, in the true spirit of a hero." The moment "Wong Fei-hung" flashes on screen, applause thunders, setting the scene for a martial arts extravaganza. As the curtain rises and the lights come on, the figure of Wong Fei-hung moves through the air, with martial arts performers displaying agile and flexible movements, performing high-difficulty stunts that accelerate the audience's heartbeat.

The lion dance stirs patriotic fervor, complemented by the rhythmic beat of drums. To the powerful strains of "A Man Should Strengthen Himself," martial artists from this revered hometown of kung fu captivate with dynamic performances, featuring the iconic Foshan Shadowless Kick that sends adrenaline surging through the venue.

Highlight 3: captivating melodies and dances

The melody of string and wind instruments sets the stage, as performers gracefully express delicate emotions with the wave of hands, the swirl of a skirt, and the delicate step of a dance, painting a picture of elegance and beauty.

Under the soft glow of the evening, amid the whisper of the breeze, the allure of Southern belles in the Qilou buildingsis timeless and profound.

Echoing Guangzhou's vibrant past as a bustling trade port in the 1920s and 1930s, the performance under neon lights captures the unique charm of the city where East meets West.

Highlight 4: echoes of homesickness in qiaopi letters

The performance deeply touches audiences with its heartfelt portrayal of patriotism, as seen through the sword of Lady Xian in battle, the thunderous punches and kicks of Wong Fei-hung against the Japanese pirates, and the poignant tales of overseas Chinese steadfast in their roots despite being far from home.

"As clouds from my hometown drift past, they beckon me..." The display of countless letters from overseas Chinese unfolds before the audience, bridging vast distances and evoking vivid memories of loved ones and the bittersweet pang of longing.

作为广东首个千古情景区的重磅大戏，主秀《广东千古情》被誉为一生必看的演出，书写了一段珠三角的文化传奇，将“敢闯敢拼”的广东精神通过视觉、听觉等感官具象化。

看点1：够炫——上天入地，颠覆想象

叹为观止的科技手段和特效场景，让想象成为现实，让旅游插上翅膀。珠江之水天上来，当千吨洪水被搬上舞台，观众感受到滔天巨浪扑面而来。当下南洋的巨轮驶进剧院，舞台瞬间幻化成海洋，惊涛骇浪，惊心动魄。一声“黄飞鸿在此”，数控威亚载着一代宗师飞天遁地，在“枪林弹雨”间彰显广东武术美学。

战场肃杀，擂鼓震天，多点数控剑阵凌空飞渡；冼夫人披挂上阵、英姿飒爽，战马在大型马匹速跑机上奋蹄如风……

整台演出用虚实结合的表现手法打破舞台与观众的界限，让观众沉浸式地感受古老文明与现代科技的绚丽碰撞，同时传递出岭南文化与世界的交融。

看点2：够劲——做个好汉子，男儿当自强

佛山，是驰名中外的“世界功夫之城”。黄飞鸿是佛山闻名于世的文化名片，诠释着广东人的气节与精神。

为国为民，侠之大者。当演出字幕打出“黄飞鸿”三个大字，现场即响起如雷的掌声。幕起灯亮，空中的黄飞鸿身影腾挪，武术演员们身姿矫健，动作灵活，翻飞腾跃、悬空倒挂，高难度的表演动作让观众心跳加速。

醒狮醒国魂、击鼓振精神。伴随着《男儿当自强》的激昂旋律，武术之乡的热血男儿在舞台上演绎一场酣畅淋漓的武术表演，佛山无影脚如破空之箭划破天际，让人热血沸腾！

看点3：够靓——流光溢彩，美人如梦

丝竹之音渐起，演员挥手，指尖伸展牵动着缕缕柔情；转身，裙摆摇曳飘落丝丝细雨；跳跃，脚尖轻跃，荡起层层涟漪。

晚风轻轻，云月相逐，骑楼长廊里，南国佳人翩翩起舞，柔情无限。

上世纪二三十年代的广州作为中国重要的对外通商口岸，是东西方文化的交汇点。霓虹灯影中，夜广州散发独特的魅力。

看点4：够燃——“此生无悔入华夏，来生还在种花家”

演出真挚的情感传递，让观众感同身受。其中的爱国情怀，是冼夫人在战场领军时一次次挥动的利剑，是黄飞鸿击退倭寇时雷霆万钧的拳脚，是一辈辈海外游子“离乡不离土”，用血泪书写的闯荡史。

“天边飘过故乡的云，它不停地向我召唤……”当无数侨批以大型矩阵方式呈现在万千观众面前，仿佛跨越了重重山海，娓娓诉说那些不能忘却的人和事，情思与乡愁。
