Known as the paradise of food in China, Guangzhou has recently issued an official food certification called "Eating in Guangzhou".

What is the ultimate cuisine in Guangzhou? Please recognize the "Eating in Guangzhou" official certification. On January 29, Guangzhou Municipal Market Regulatory Administration and Guangzhou Municipal Commerce Bureau jointly released the "Eating in Guangzhou" city brand. Fifteen restaurants under Guangzhou Tayunxing Catering Co., Ltd., including Hui Yue Xuan Chinese Restaurant and Four Seasons China Hall of China Hotel, stood out and were authorized to become the first batch of star-rated restaurants to be evaluated and certified as"Eating in Guangzhou" brand restaurants. Besides, the related products of three food production enterprises, including Guangzhou Restaurant Group Likoufu Food Co., LTD., became the first batch of "Eating in Guangzhou" brand products. 

The first batch of star-rated restaurants and branded products that have passed the evaluation and certification of "Eating in Guangzhou" have undergone strict procedures such as data review, on-site evaluation, and comprehensive consumption evaluation. The evaluation dimensions include service quality, taste, and consumption environment to form a more comprehensive, objective, and truthful evaluation model that reflects consumer experience.

At the press conference where the official certification was released, the government officer also played a video and released an "Eating in Guangzhou" logo.

It is noteworthy that restaurants or products that have obtained the official certification of "Eating in Guangzhou" are not efficacious forever. The government will implement dynamic management with input and output based on their performance.

In addition, Guangzhou will actively promote the construction of the "Eating in Guangzhou" brand. The evaluation and certification of catering services will be carried out once a year. The evaluation and certification of food products will be carried out once every three years.

In recent years, Guangzhou has actively promoted the creation of an international branded food gathering area, in order to promote the high-quality development of Guangzhou's food industry.

“食在广州”迎来官方认证 首批15家餐厅上榜

来广州吃什么？请认准“食在广州”官方认证。1月29日，广州市市场监管局、市商务局联合发布“食在广州”城市品牌。广州塔云星餐饮有限公司旗下的晖粤轩中餐厅、中国大酒店的四季中国厅等15家餐厅脱颖而出，授权成为第一批“食在广州”评价认证的星级餐厅；广州酒家集团利口福食品有限公司等3家食品生产企业的相关产品，成为第一批“食在广州”品牌产品。第一批通过“食在广州”评价认证的星级餐厅、品牌产品，都经过严格的资料审核、现场评审、综合消费评价等程序。评价内容包含了服务质量、口味和消费环境等，以形成更全面、更客观、更真实反映消费者意见的评价模型。

发布会还以视频形式发布了“食在广州”LOGO。获得“食在广州”认证的餐厅或产品并非“一评永逸”，会根据表现情况，实施“有进有出”动态管理。此外，广州市将积极推进“食在广州”品牌建设，餐饮服务类评价认证将实行“一年一评”，食品产品类评价认证将实行“三年一评”，积极推动打造国际品牌美食聚集区，推动广州食品产业高质量发展。
