Gourmet of Lingnan | Desde a preferência do famoso poeta Han Yu pela cozinha Teochew na Dinastia Tang, até à sua crescente reputação no país e no estrangeiro desde a reforma e abertura, a cozinha Teochew tem-se destacado ao longo de mais de 1.000 anos e ocupou uma posição importante na cultura culinária da China e mesmo do mundo. Para além da dádiva altruísta da natureza e da cultura única de Chaoshan, a vitalidade da cozinha teochew depende também da herança de mestres cozinheiros e especialistas de geração em geração.

Como "Cidade Natal da Cozinha Teochew Chinesa", Shantou acolherá a série de eventos da Conferência Mundial de Cozinha Teochew de 2024, de 12 a 14 de janeiro deste ano, que será a primeira vez que Shantou realizará uma exposição gastronómica de nível mundial. Shantou convidará mestres mundiais no domínio da culinária para partilhar o sabor da cozinha teochew e divulgar a "Cidade Nacional de Referência Gourmet", a "Ilha Gourmet" e outras marcas da cidade de Chaoshan. #LingnanCuisine

Gourmet of Lingnan | From the famous poet Han Yu's favor with Teochew cuisine in the Tang Dynasty, to its growing reputation at home and abroad since the reform and opening up, Teochew cuisine has stood out after more than 1,000 years and occupied an important position in the culinary culture of China and even the world. As the "Hometown of Chinese Teochew Cuisine", Shantou will host the series of events of the 2024 World Teochew Cuisine Conference from January 12 to 14 this year, which will be the first time for Shantou to hold a world-class food exhibition. 从唐代韩愈的初南食贻，到民国时期的潮州菜系发展成熟，再到改革开放以来的饮誉海内外，潮菜在历经一千多年的漫长岁月沉淀后脱颖而出，在中国乃至世界烹饪文化中占据了重要的位置。在潮菜始终保持着旺盛生命力的背后，除了有大自然的无私馈赠、独特的潮汕文化浸润外，更有赖于一代又一代的烹饪大师和有识之士的坚守、传承和发扬。

作为“中国潮菜之乡”，汕头将于今年1月12日至14日迎来2024世界潮汕菜大会系列活动，这也将是汕头首次举办世界级食品展会，届时汕头将广邀全球美食领域“大咖”共享“潮味”，擦亮“全国美食地标城市”“美食孤岛”等金字招牌。
