A casca da Magnolia figo é cinzenta-castanha, os seus pecíolos estão rodeados de pêlos macios e as suas folhas parecem couro. As pétalas são brancas como a neve e exalam um aroma a banana. Desenvolve-se em climas quentes e húmidos, crescendo em solos soltos, férteis e húmidos. The bark of the Magnolia figo is gray-brown, its petioles are surrounded by soft hairs, and its leaves feel like leather. The petals are as white as snow and emit a banana-like fragrance. It thrives in warm and humid climates, growing in loose, fertile, and moist soil. The limited geographical distribution has made it a national second-class protected plant. #WildLingnan

含笑的树皮是灰褐色的，叶柄被柔毛包围，叶子摸起来像皮革，花瓣洁白如雪，闻起来有一股香蕉的香气，它喜温暖、湿润的气候，生长在疏松肥沃、湿润的土壤中，地理分布的局限性也让它成为了国家二级重点保护植物。
