However, if they have grown tired of common dishes like braised pork ribs with bitter melon, preserved meat claypot rice, or honey-roasted BBQpork, Yu can customize a hidden menu, offering surprises on the dining table that will leave them astonished.
余毓根说:“作为最早一批推出隐藏菜单的餐厅之一,隐藏菜单的菜式是和食客交流后而打造的。在交流过程中发现,广州食客对美食要求高,他们希望可以多融入一些仪式感等新鲜元素,提高就餐惊喜。”
"As one of the first restaurants to introduce a hidden menu, the dishes on the hidden menu are crafted through communication with the diners. During the process, we found that Guangzhou diners have high expectations for gourmets. They hope to incorporate more elements of ceremony and novelty to enhance the dining experience." Yu explained.
