At the invitation of U.S. President Joe Biden, Chinese President Xi Jinping will attend a China-U.S. summit meeting and the 30^th Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Economic Leaders' Meeting in San Francisco this week. Since this year, senior officials of the two sides have made number of contacts, paving the way for the meeting between the heads of state of the two countries.
