In Raoping County, Chaozhou City, located in the eastern part of Guangdong Province, China, the 136-kilometer coastline nurtures a diverse array of seafood species. As a Chinese culinary master, Cantonese cuisine expert, and the founder of the renowned Hailong Restaurant, Xu understands the importance of quality ingredients in Chaozhou cuisine. During his days at the restaurant, he has elevated the reputation of Hailong with over 30 years of history.

Dishes like "Four Champions Stew", "Fish Soup in Bamboo Tube", "Salt-Baked Golden Bream", and "Thin-Shell Rice and Bamboo Shoot Dice" have gradually turned the restaurant into a hallmark of the catering industry in Raoping. In the bustling kitchen, time seems to slow down. As time keeps moving forward, people's quest for food never ceases. There are always endless aftertastes in some ancient flavors and enduring imprints on some old restaurants.
