As the old quarter of Dongguan, Guancheng was once the center of Dongguan and carries the childhood memories of many Dongguan people. In the streets and alleys of Guancheng, many well-reputed old shops have been operating for years. Now, these thirtysomething “seniors” are attracting more and more diners who come to the old shops either for a signature dish or a familiar taste, looking for a memorable experience. 

莞城作为东莞的老城区，曾是东莞的中心，承载着很多东莞人的童年回忆。在莞城的大街小巷里，有着不少经营多年、有口皆碑的老店。现在，这些三十多年的“老资格”，吸引了越来越多慕名而来的街坊邻里和四方食客，或冲着某道招牌美食，或是找一个熟悉的味道，寻觅一段记忆深处的经历。
