TheGreatBeautyofLingnan Em Meizhou, na província de Guangdong, junto ao rio Meitan, existe um edifício imponente, com uma estrutura circular, paredes de terra e azulejos cinzentos, que conta a sua longa história. Visto do ar, o edifício é grande por fora e pequeno por dentro, com anéis duplos que se rodeiam, e é redondo como um cálice (Hua E em chinês). Tendo em conta o significado de irmãos e vizinhos que se amam mutuamente, o edifício recebeu o nome de "Edifício Hua E". Todos os anos, no terceiro dia do primeiro mês lunar, os habitantes da aldeia reúnem-se no edifício para celebrar e rezar por bênçãos. Durante a celebração, são colocadas duas filas de mesas para oito pessoas no pátio. No interior do edifício, são expostas bandeiras coloridas, incenso e nevoeiro, e as pessoas rezam em conjunto para que o ano novo seja o melhor e mais feliz para as suas famílias.

Taking the meaning of brothers and neighbors loving each other, the building is named “Hua E Building”. Every year on the third day of the first lunar month, the villagers gather in the Building to celebrate and pray for blessings. During the celebration, two rows of tables for eight people are set up on the patio. Colorful flags are displayed inside the building with incense and fog, and people pray together for all the best and happiness of their families in the new year.

在广东梅州的梅潭河旁有一座气势盎然的圆形围楼，土墙灰瓦、古意盎然。从空中俯瞰，这座楼外大内小，双环相套，圆形似花萼，又取兄弟邻居相亲相爱之意，故取名为“花萼楼”。

每年正月初三，村民都会聚集在花萼楼中，在此庆祝祈福，届时，天井中将摆起两排八仙桌，楼内彩旗招展、香雾缭绕，人们共同祈求在新的一年里能够万事如意、阖家幸福。
