Com o tema "A cidade mais memorável é Hangzhou", a cerimónia de encerramento transmitiu a bela visão da amizade eterna com uma canção carnavalesca de despedida de Hangzhou e de saudação à Ásia. On October 8, the closing ceremony of the 19th Asian Games Hangzhou was held at the Hangzhou Olympic Sports Center Stadium. Themed “Most Memorable City is Hangzhou”, the closing ceremony conveyed the beautiful vision of eternal friendship with a carnival song of a farewell to Hangzhou and a hello to Asia. 10月8日，杭州第19届亚运会闭幕式在杭州奥体中心体育场举行。闭幕式以“最忆是杭州”为主题，以一场惜别杭州与欢聚亚洲的嘉年华欢歌，传达情谊隽永的美好愿景。“数字火炬手”再次返场，他幻化漫天星光，洒向杭州，飞向亚洲。
