O local cénico de Xinghu, na cidade de Zhaoqing, é conhecido pelo seu deslumbrante fenómeno natural chamado "Buda Reclinado Abraçando o Brilho do Pôr-do-Sol". O fenómeno do "Buda Reclinado" refere-se a uma caraterística topográfica que consiste em vários picos rochosos deitados sobre o pitoresco Lago Xianyu, assemelhando-se a um animado Buda reclinado. Durante os equinócios da primavera e do outono, quando o sol se põe, parece que se afunda na "boca" do "Buda Reclinado" e mistura-se com o crepúsculo no horizonte, criando assim uma visão inspiradora conhecida como "o Buda Reclinado Abraçando o Brilho do Pôr-do-Sol". No dia 16 de setembro, às 17 horas, muitas pessoas, incluindo cidadãos, entusiastas da astronomia, fotógrafos e celebridades da Internet, reuniram-se no Parque Nacional dos Pântanos de Xinghu para testemunhar este incrível fenómeno celeste.

The "Reclining Buddha" phenomenon refers to a topographical feature consisting of several rocky peaks lying supine on the picturesque Xianyu Lake, resembling a lively reclining Buddha. During the spring and autumn equinoxes, as the sun sets, it seems like sinks into the "mouth" of the "Reclining Buddha" and blends with the twilight on the horizon, thus creating an awe-inspiring sight known as "the Reclining Buddha Embracing the Sunset Glow". On September 16 at 5 p.m., many people, including citizens, astronomy enthusiasts, photographers, and internet celebrities, gathered at Xinghu National Wetland Park to witness this incredible celestial phenomenon.
