For Kyle Dillingham, a country musician from Oklahoma, U.S., this was his third time to participate in the Silk Road (Dunhuang) International Cultural Expo. As Oklahoma and Gansu have been sister state-province for 38 years, he hopes that music will build a bridge of communication and exchanges.
