"I personally have a great passion for Chinese traditional culture, including our Guangdong lion dance culture." Wu Yang believes that the lion dance embodies a strong sense of valor, showcasing profound cultural essence. Through creative innovation in pastry making and the integration of traditional intangible cultural heritage, the lion head pastry takes on a new form, blending seamlessly into daily life.
