On August 23, the 2023 Greater Bay Area Youth Popular Singer Competition, jointly initiated by Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macao, kicked off. This is the first-ever official competition in the Greater Bay Area to discover and cultivate talented young pop singers. 

Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macao have led the development of popular music in China. The pop music cultures in these three regions share the same roots and have their own characteristics, giving birth to many outstanding singers, whose brilliance has been passed down to date. This time, a variety of innovations have been made in terms of its competition system and repertoire. With Guangzhou, Hong Kong, and Macao as well as online competitions, the event can be a unique opportunity for young musicians in the Greater Bay Area. #artandculture

8月23日，由广东、香港、澳门三地共同打造的“湾区有新声”2023粤港澳大湾区青年流行歌手大赛正式启动。本次大赛是首个粤港澳大湾区共建的青年歌手官方大赛，是三地共同打造的挖掘、培养青年流行演唱人才的新品牌赛事。

广东、香港、澳门三地引领着中国流行音乐的发展，三地的流行音乐文化既同根同源，又各有特色，诞生了许多优秀的作品和优秀的歌手，其光辉传承至今。“湾区有新声”大赛设有广州、香港、澳门及网络赛区，在赛制、曲目库等方面均有创新，对大湾区青年音乐人而言是一次不可多得的机会。
