"Dear You" opened in Singapore on June 18th. All 4,800 tickets for the first eight screenings of its Teochew-language version sold out within just 90 minutes of going on sale. In response to overwhelming audience demand, the film's Singapore distributor made four successive requests to cinema chains for additional screenings. A total of 56 dedicated Teochew-language screenings were approved, with all 23,600 tickets once again snapped up. Singapore's Ministry of Digital Development and Information subsequently issued an official statement supporting the addition of more Teochew-language screenings. It noted that Chinese dialects, as an important part of Singapore's Chinese cultural heritage, help many Singaporeans maintain connections with their cultural roots and the history of their communities. A fifth round of additional screenings of the Teochew-language version was then scheduled.

Under the film's global release plan, "Dear You" first opened in China's Hong Kong and Macao, Singapore, Malaysia and Brunei on June 18th. It was released in Australia and New Zealand on June 25th, followed by the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland and Japan on June 26th. The film arrived in French cinemas on July 8th. Releases in Thailand, Indonesia, the Philippines and other countries are also set to follow.

The film has so far grossed more than 1.98 billion yuan in the Chinese mainland and holds a 9.3 rating on Douban, making it a rare Chinese-language film in recent years to achieve both critical acclaim and box office success.

《给阿嬷的情书》成新加坡2026年度亚洲电影票房冠军

《给阿嬷的情书》6月18日登陆新加坡市场，首批8场潮汕方言版4800张门票，开售仅1.5小时即告售罄。面对汹涌的观影需求，新加坡片商先后四次向院线申请加映，累计获批56场潮语专场，共计2.36万张戏票仍被抢购一空。此后，新加坡数码发展及新闻部发布官方公告，表示支持影片增加潮语放映场次，并明确指出：“方言作为新加坡华族文化遗产的重要组成部分，帮助许多新加坡人维系与自身文化根源及社群历史的联系。”随后，影片开启第五次潮汕方言版加映。

根据《给阿嬷的情书》全球上映计划，影片于6月18日率先登陆中国港澳地区及新加坡、马来西亚、文莱；6月25日在澳大利亚、新西兰上映；6月26日进入美国、加拿大、英国、爱尔兰及日本市场；7月8日亮相法国银幕。后续，泰国、印度尼西亚、菲律宾等国也将陆续引进。

该片目前在中国内地已斩获超19.8亿元票房，豆瓣评分高达9.3分，成为近年来罕见的口碑票房双高型华语作品。
