On March 28th, the 2026 Lingnan Digital Creative Building High-quality Development Conference was held at the Yangcheng Creative Industrial Park (YCIP) in Guangzhou. The conference gathered representatives from government departments, renowned enterprises, industry associations, and cultural institutions. Through various initiativesincluding a collective signing ceremony for partner enterprises and the launch of major intellectual properties (IPs), the event established a high-quality cooperation platform characterized by government-enterprise synergy, industrial linkage, and resource sharing.

Currently, YCIP is home to over 210 enterprises, 190 of which are digital cultural firms, forming a robust industrial cluster encompassing omnimedia, gaming, animation, music streaming, and more. In 2025, the park's total output value exceeded 40 billion yuan, having successfully incubated nine listed companies. The Lingnan Digital Creative Building has entered the final "sprint" stage of construction. It is scheduled for completion by the end of September and is expected to be operational by October this year.

The conference witnessed a climax of signing ceremonies. Units and institutions including the ICBC Guangzhou Third Sub-branch, Guangzhou Longrui Technology Co., Ltd., and the Guangzhou Internet Society signed centralized strategic cooperation agreements with the Yangcheng Evening News Group. Simultaneously, the event launched the co-creation projectof the YCIP Gaming and ACG (Animation, Comics, and Games) Theme Park, as well as the "Software Talent Community" projectwithin the YCIP, signaling a promising future for the park's evolution.

Several achievements in Lingnan cultural heritage were also showcased. The Lingnan Culture Large Model Laboratory released its multimodal dataset titled "A Millennium of Guangdong's Foreign Trade." Meanwhile, the Yangcheng Evening News Group unveiled three major cultural IPs in vertical sectors: "Master & Masterpieces," "The Arena," and "Museum Universe."

Li Xiang, Deputy Director of the Tianhe Central Business District (CBD) Administrative Committee, extended a formal invitation during the event: "Whether you are a leading financial firm, a digital creative startup, or a cross-sector innovative enterprise, you will find the ideal fertile ground for development here to realize your entrepreneurial dreams."

2026年岭南数字创意大厦高质量发展大会召开

2026年岭南数字创意大厦高质量发展大会28日在广州羊城创意产业园召开。大会汇聚政府部门、知名企业、行业协会及文化机构代表，通过合作企业集中签约、重要IP发布等多元形式，搭建起政企协同、产业联动、资源共享的高质量合作平台。

目前，羊城创意产业园共有企业超过210家，其中数字文化企业190家，形成全媒体、游戏、动漫、音乐直播等数字文化产业集群。2025年，园区总产值400多亿元，累计孵化出9家上市公司。据介绍，岭南数字创意大厦已进入建设冲刺阶段，将于9月底竣工，预计今年10月投入使用。

大会现场迎来签约高潮。中国工商银行广州第三支行、广州龙锐科技有限公司、广州互联网协会等单位和机构与羊城晚报报业集团集中签约达成战略合作。大会同时启动了羊城创意园游戏二次元主题公园共创项目，推出了羊城创意产业园“软件人才社区”项目，产业园发展未来可期。

大会现场还推出了多项岭南文化传承成果。岭南文化大模型实验室现场发布“广东外贸一千年”多模态语料集；羊城晚报报业集团（羊城晚报社）同步推出“名家说名作”“上场”“博物天下”三大文化垂直领域IP。

天河中央商务区管委会副主任李翔现场发出邀约，“无论是金融头部企业、数字文创初创团队，还是各类跨界创新企业，都能在这里找到适配的发展土壤，实现自身的发展梦想。”

'Blue lanes' go viral! Why does Qingyuan keep making headlines?

Recently, eye-catching "blue lanes" at the intersection near the Fengcheng Shijia residential community in Qingcheng District, Qingyuan, have gone viral online. Running parallel to the crosswalk, the lanes are designated exclusively for e-bikes and bicycles.
