Visiting parks, admiring flowers, and sipping coffee have become popular ways for people to relax in spring, leading to the rise of the "parks+coffee" business model. In Dongguan, more and more coffee shops are opening in parks, offering residents and tourists a place to connect with nature and unwind.

Compared to mall-based coffee shops, park cafés benefit from an exceptional natural environment. "People can enjoy coffee while basking in the sun, feeling the breeze, or taking a leisurely stroll," said Zeng Jiaxin, brand operations director of Xingguan Coffee, a shop nestled in the bamboo forest of Dongguan People's Park. The team chose this location not only for its natural setting but also for its deep-rooted connection to the city's history. "Many old buildings need young people to revive them and give them new life," she added.

Beyond attracting young people, these cafés are also drawing in the elderly. "We usually take walks in the park, and when we saw this lovely coffee shop, we thought we'd try the coffee that young people like," said Auntie Li, who was out for her morning exercise. Park cafés are increasingly becoming a gathering place for longtime Dongguan residents to catch up with friends and relax.

Beyond the ambiance, Xingguan Coffee stands out for its innovative menu. Its "Autumn Fragrance" blend, infused with sweet orange and osmanthus flavors, and its "Dream Butterfly" cold brew, featuring notes of grape, raspberry, and mulberry, have gained popularity on social media for their unique flavors and exquisite presentation. "To cater to cycling enthusiasts, we have adjusted the opening hours of our Tongsha branch to 7 am," Zeng Jiaxin explained. Many cyclists stop by after their rides around the Tongsha Reservoir to rest and chat.

公园飘出咖啡香，解锁东莞文旅休闲新场景

逛公园、赏花、叹咖啡成为春日时节人们休闲放松的热门选择，“公园+咖啡”新型业态逐渐兴起。在东莞，越来越多的咖啡店选择开在公园内，为市民游客提供了一个亲近自然、放松身心的好去处。

相比商场内的咖啡店，公园咖啡店的优势在于得天独厚的自然环境。“人们喝咖啡的同时，可以晒太阳、吹微风、散步休憩。”位于东莞人民公园竹林中的醒莞咖啡店品牌运营负责人曾嘉欣表示，团队选择人民公园，不仅因为这里的自然环境，更因其承载的城市记忆，“许多沉睡的建筑需要年轻人去唤醒，赋予其新的生命力。”

除了年轻人，越来越多老年人也被这里吸引。“平时我们在公园散步，看到这家咖啡店好靓，老街坊也来尝尝年轻人喜欢的咖啡。”晨练的李阿姨笑着说。公园里的咖啡店，逐渐成为老莞城人叙旧、休憩的新场所。

除了环境，咖啡产品的推陈出新也是醒莞咖啡的一大特色。融合甜橙和桂花口感的“秋香”、带有葡萄、树莓、桑葚风味的冷萃“梦蝶”，因其独特口感和精致摆盘，在社交平台上走红。“为了迎合骑行爱好者的需求，我们特意将同沙店的营业时间提前到早上7点。”曾嘉欣介绍，不少骑行爱好者习惯绕同沙水库骑行后，来店里小憩、交流。
