The 22nd Teochew International Convention and the 10th World Chaoshan Entrepreneurs Convention  are being held in Shantou City, Guangdong Province. The events have attracted around 2,500 participants from 263 associations, chambers of commerce, and organizations across 35 countries and regions. This is the first time the two major events are being held simultaneously in the same city.
