Lingnan Cuisine | Nestled in #Zhanjiang's Chikan Old Street, the "Father of #HongKong Cinema – Lai Man-Wai Memorial Hall" is housed in the former residence of Lai Man-Wai, one of the pioneers of #Chinese cinema. The hall chronicles the life of Lai Man-Wai, a Hong Kong filmmaker with a deep connection to the history of Zhanjiang. Throughout his career, he filmed numerous documentaries reflecting Sun Yat-sen's early revolutionary activities and the Northern Expedition period. When Lai first arrived in Zhanjiang, he co-founded a restaurant named "Fulushou Restaurant," which became famous for its delicious treat, the Seafood-flavored Chicken Biscuit. In this episode, we've invited Zhong Guangjing, the inheritor of the intangible cultural heritage of the Seafood-flavored Chicken Biscuit to demonstrate how to make this delicious #DimSum.
