The 4th Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Culture and Arts Festival is scheduled to take place from October 19th to November 24th. Over 200 performances and more than a hundred exhibitions, forums, and other cultural exchange activities will be held across Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macao. The event will bring together nearly a hundred renowned artists to collaboratively craft a new chapter of the cultural and artistic landscape in the Greater Bay Area (GBA). The opening performance will be held in Hong Kong, showcasing the new milestones of deep cultural integration in the GBA.

On the evening of October 19th, composer Tan Dun will collaborate with the Hong Kong Philharmonic Orchestra, Guangzhou Symphony Orchestra, shenzhen Symphony Orchestra, and members of the Macao Orchestra to form the "Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Culture and Arts Festival Orchestra." they will present the world premiere of "Sound River," accompanied by a short film shot by Tan Dun over a span of 12 years. The festival will be inaugurated amidst a blend of light and music.

The dance drama "Wing Chun" special Edition by Shenzhen Opera and Dance Theatre, which integrates creative forces from Hong Kong, will feature the theme song produced by George Lam, Showcasing the "Hong Kong style and Cantonese charm." additionally, the Hong Kong version of "ChoreoMusica Soiree" by the Xinghai Concert Hall in Guangzhou and the Cantonese opera film "The Legend of the White Snake" by the Foshan Cantonese Opera Troupe will highlight the collaborative achievements of Hong Kong and Macao artists with mainland GBA cultural and artistic troupes.

The Macao stage will showcase several artistic masterpieces that reflect the characteristics of the Bay Area, including performances by the Macao Chinese Orchestra with international conductor Tsung Yeh and Portuguese Fado goddess Mariza, and the Orchestra's collaboration with Cape Verdean singer Tito Paris to present his themes adapted to traditional Chinese instruments, demonstrating the charm of the integration of Chinese and Western cultures.

Bay Area cities will also launch a tour of stage art masterpieces, including "Blooming Life,""Cheng Ying Rescues the Orphan,""The Story of the Thorn Hairpin," And "It Doesn't Snow Here in Winter," Among other outstanding works from Guangdong. Meanwhile, the 5th Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area International Music Festival will gather top international art troupes and masters from music schools to bring music enthusiasts a cross-border feast.

As part of the festival, the Zhuhai Arts Festival will present exciting performances such as "The Bride as Water,""Li Bai," And the youth version of "The Peony Pavilion." It will also feature a special "Zhuhai-Hong Kong-Macao Cultural and Artistic Exhibition and Performance" section to celebrate the 25th anniversary of Macao's return and showcase new achievements in cultural and artistic exchanges between Zhuhai, Hong Kong, and Macao. Furthermore, international events such as the Annual Arts Exhibition between China and the Portuguese-speaking Countries and the Chinese and Portuguese Picture Book Fair will be held in Macao, with 11 global song and dance art troupes set to perform, narrating the moving stories of cultural exchange and mutual learning.

第四届粤港澳大湾区文化艺术节来啦！亮点多多抢“鲜”看

第四届粤港澳大湾区文化艺术节定于10月19日至11月24日举行，其间将在粤港澳三地举办超过200场演出及百余项展览、论坛等文化交流活动，汇聚近百位文艺名家，共绘大湾区文艺新篇章。开幕演出于香港举行，彰显湾区文艺深度交融的新成果。

10月19日晚，谭盾携手香港管弦乐团、广州交响乐团、深圳交响乐团及澳门乐团成员组成的“粤港澳大湾区文化艺术节管弦乐团”，将献上《声音河流》世界首演，伴随谭盾耗时12年拍摄的影像短片，艺术节在光影与乐韵中启幕。

深圳舞剧《咏春》特别版融合香港创作力量，林子祥制作的《咏春》主题曲也将展现“港风粤韵”。此外，广州星海音乐厅的《乐动·舞界》香港篇、佛山粤剧院的粤剧电影《白蛇传》等，集中展示港澳艺术家与湾区内地文艺院团的共创成果。

澳门舞台将上演多部展现湾区特色的文艺精品，包括国际指挥家叶聪携葡萄牙法朵天后玛丽莎为澳门中乐团献声，以及中乐团与佛得角歌星Tito Paris合作呈现的中乐编配曲目，展现中西文化交融魅力。

湾区城市还将展开舞台艺术精品巡演，包括《人在花间住》《程婴救孤》《荆钗记》及《这里冬天不下雪》等粤产佳作。同时，第五届粤港澳大湾区国际音乐季汇聚国际顶尖艺术团体与音乐院校名家，为乐迷带来跨国界盛宴。

珠海艺术节作为文化艺术节一部分，带来《水上新娘》《李白》及青春版《牡丹亭》等精彩演出，并特别推出“珠港澳文艺展览展演”板块，庆祝澳门回归25周年，展示珠港澳文艺交流新成果。此外，中国与葡语国家艺术年展、中葡绘本书展等国际盛事在澳门举行，11个全球歌舞艺术团也将走进澳门，演绎文明交流互鉴的动人篇章。
