相见丨古祠新生
Ancestral halls are places for enshrining and worshiping ancestors or sages. They are symbols of clans. There are more than 1,300 ancestral halls scattered in Guangzhou. The space left over from the old times is being revitalized and utilized by people today, giving them a new role. More and more ancestral halls have been renovated or reused to become public spaces capable of carrying more modern social significance, injecting a strong spiritual force into current activities with their heavy historical charm.
