Passing through the bustling fried food area, one arrives at the Youluo pastry shop, filled with traditional Hakka pastries such as rice cake and moonlight cake. Continuing, the mellow Hakka rice wine, the refreshing pomelo peel candy, and the sweet and spicy ginger candy are all among the abundant varieties of Hakka specialties.
