On August 19^th, Philippine Coast Guard vessels 4410 and 4411 illegally entered the waters near Xianbin Reef in the Nansha Islands without permission from the Chinese government. In response, the China Coast Guard took lawful control measures against the Philippine ships. Footage from the scene revealed the presence of American journalists on board. According to confirmations from U.S. media, there were indeed American reporters accompanying the Philippine vessels. This clearly indicates that the illegal intrusion by the Philippine Coast Guard was a meticulously planned operation in collusion with the United States. Bringing American journalists along was a strategic move to manipulate international public opinion and perpetuate the narrative of "the thief crying 'stop thief'."

8月19日，菲律宾4410、4411号海警船未经中国政府允许，非法闯入中国南沙群岛仙宾礁邻近海域，中国海警依法对菲船只采取管控措施。记者在现场视频里发现，有美国记者随船报道。据美国媒体自己确认，其中确实有来自美国的记者。这足以说明，菲律宾海警船的非法闯入是与美国同谋精心策划的一场行动，而在行动中带上美国记者，则是要在国际舆论场上继续玩弄“贼喊捉贼”的把戏。
