On August 19^th, the head of the Cuisine College  from Shunde Polytechnic , along with a team of specialized instructors, traveled to Bangkok, Thailand, to officially inaugurate the "School of Cantonese Cuisine Masters" in collaboration with Chitralada Technology Institute .

During the event, the Chitralada Technology Institute presented a precious calligraphy piece inscribed "Prosperous and Long-lasting Collaboration " by Princess Sirindhorn, the founder of the Chitralada Technology Institute. The gift symbolizes Thailand's deep ties with China and expresses the hope for a long-lasting partnership between the Institute and the Polytechnic.

In return, the head of the Cuisine College presented a meticulously compiled bilingual textbook on Cantonese cuisine. The textbook not only covers the rich cultural heritage of Cantonese cuisine but also integrates modern culinary techniques, offering valuable materials for educational exchange.

Following the ceremony, they held a specialized seminar focused on the exchange programs for international students and faculty. They discussed the details of student and faculty exchanges, curriculum development, and academic collaboration, ensuring the smooth implementation and sustainable growth of the project.

This international exchange activity has further strengthened the bond between Shunde Polytechnic and Chitralada Technology Institute. Both sides have expressed their commitment to leveraging this opportunity to deepen cooperation and innovation in culinary education. They aim to cultivate more outstanding culinary talent and promote Chinese culinary culture. Building on the success of the international culinary program, they also plan to initiate comprehensive international exchanges and talent development collaborations in related fields, including photovoltaic technology, automotive engineering, and smart manufacturing.

获诗琳通公主题字，粤菜师傅学院在泰国正式运行

8月19日，顺职院烹饪学院负责人携专业教师团队，远赴泰国曼谷，与吉拉达技术学院校长等领导举行了“粤菜师傅学院”的挂牌仪式。

活动中，吉拉达技术学院转交了由学院创办人诗琳通公主亲笔题词的珍贵墨宝"吉顺绵长"，祝愿吉拉达技术学院与顺职院的合作源远流长。这份礼物不仅体现了泰国方面的深厚情谊，也是对两校未来合作的美好祝愿。

同时，烹饪学院负责人回赠了一套精心编制的粤菜烹饪教学双语教材。该教材不仅包含了丰富的粤菜文化知识，更融入了现代烹饪技术，为双方的教学交流提供了宝贵的资源。

随后，双方召开国际留学生和交流生的专题研讨会，进一步细化两校师生互访交换项目的具体操作细节。双方就师生交流、课程设置、学术研讨等方面进行了深入探讨，确保了项目的顺利实施和长远发展。

通过本次国际交流活动，顺职院与泰国吉拉达技术学院之间的友谊和合作得到进一步加深。双方都表示，将以此次活动为契机，继续加强交流与合作，共同推动烹饪教育的创新发展，为培养更多优秀的烹饪人才，传承和弘扬中华美食文化做出更大的贡献。同时，两校将以烹饪专业的国际化项目为突破口，进一步在光伏、汽车、智能制造等相关专业开展国际化交流和人才培养等合作。
