今天（3月4日），2024 年全国两会正式拉开帷幕。

两会是什么？中国的人民代表大会制度是什么？人大代表是如何工作的？两会，这件中国人民政治生活中的大事，引起了广东高校外籍留学生的好奇。

全国两会前夕，应羊城晚报国际传播专栏“I See China（我看中国）”之邀，来自墨西哥、巴西、塔吉克斯坦和塞尔维亚的四位在粤留学生分别拜访了第十四届全国人大代表陈奭荣、陈旺弟和区燕明。通过交流，留学生们加深了对中国和中国全过程人民民主的认识。
