Back in the day, the Shenzhen River was like a Great Wall between Shenzhen and HKSAR.Now, on both sides of this river, there's a joint venture in the making - the HTCZ, a tech and innovation hot spot.Covering about 3.89 square kilometers,this zone has two parts.
