From February 23^rd to 24^th, a nationwide grand parade of dragon dances titled "Dancing Dragons of China" will be held in Huizhou City, Guangdong Province. The event will feature two main highlights, including a dragon dance parade and a cultural heritage show for the Lantern Festival.

The dragon dance parade, scheduled for the morning of February 24^th (the 15^th day of the first lunar month), will consist of five major contingents. It will bring together 18 representative national-level intangible cultural heritage projects related to dragon dances from 12 provinces, dragon and lion dance teams from Hong Kong and Macao, as well as 31 intangible cultural heritage projects from the Guangdong Province. In total, over 1,200 people, including 71 inheritors of intangible cultural heritage, will participate in the parade, which covers a touring distance of 3.6 kilometers.

The event organizers have carefully designed the parade route, which starts at Huizhou Stadium , crosses the Dongjiang River, passes through Chaojing Gate and Pinghu Gate, and finally reaches Yuantong Bridge. This route fully showcases the historically and culturally significant landmarks of Huizhou. Along the parade route, designated performance areas have been set up at Chaojing Gate and Pinghu Gate, providing ample space for each contingent to showcase their performance while ensuring an enjoyable experience for residents and visitors.

The cultural heritage show for the Lantern Festival will be held on the evening of February 23^rd (the 14^th day of the first lunar month) at the Huizhou Olympic Stadium in Huicheng District, Huizhou City.

Representative intangible cultural heritage projects related to dragon dances, such as Tongliang Dragon Dance, Changxing Baiye Dragon , Quzhou Dragon Lantern, and Banban Dragon Lantern , as well as national-level intangible cultural heritage projects from Guangdong, including Puning Yingge Dance and Huidong Fisherman's Song , will be presented on the show, bringing a captivating "night of fish and dragon dance" with Chinese-style romance to the audience.

“舞动中国龙”全国主会场活动将于元宵亮相惠州

2月23日至24日，“舞动中国龙”——龙舞大巡游全国主会场活动将在广东省惠州市举办，主要有两项重点内容，分别是“舞动中国龙”——龙舞大巡游和“多彩非遗闹元宵”展演。

“舞动中国龙”——龙舞大巡游将于2月24日（正月十五）上午举行，巡游队伍共五大方阵，汇集12个省（区、市）共18个龙舞类国家级非遗代表性项目，香港、澳门2支龙舞狮舞队伍，以及广东省内31个非遗项目组成的特色队伍参加。巡游全程总计3.6公里，共有71位非遗代表性传承人在内的1200余人参加。

活动组精心设计本次巡游线路，线路由惠州市体育馆起，跨东江，过朝京门，经平湖门，最终到达圆通桥，充分展现惠州极具代表性的历史人文景观。在巡游线路中，朝京门、平湖门均有定点演出，给各巡游队伍预留出充分的展示空间，也让市民游客一次看个过瘾！

“多彩非遗闹元宵”展演将于2月23日（正月十四）晚在惠州市惠城区中心体育广场举办。

演出邀请铜梁龙舞、长兴百叶龙、曲周龙灯、板板龙灯等部分省市特色龙舞类非遗代表性项目，以及广东的普宁英歌、惠东渔歌等国家级非遗代表性项目进行展演，为广大观众奉上一场共赏“一夜鱼龙舞”的中国式浪漫。
