In response to the post, Mr. Wang, the person in charge of Foshan Zhongshan Park, told Yangcheng Evening News that there have been no reports of large animals escaping from the park, and multiple water pumps are working at the same time to stop the water from rising.

According to Mr. Wang, currently the large animals are staying in their cages, and there have been no reports of missing animals. The animals are relatively safe. "Tigers can swim, and there is a crystal platform in the tiger cage for them to climb up to escape from the rising water." Giraffes are also staying in their own territory now.

In addition, the rain caused the water level of the artificial lake in Foshan Zhongshan Park to rise, which was already high before the rain. As a result, some swans, red-crowned cranes, and other animals have swum out of the lake during the rain. However, they are all safe. "Swans and red-crowned cranes are waterfowl, so that is not a big problem," Mr. Wang said.

Thanks to the timely arrival of the fire and emergency rescue teams, the water in the park has stopped rising. Mr. Wang introduced that the depth of the water in the park remained at about 40 cm. "At present, seven or eight pumps are working at the same time to drain, and a larger pump will also be put into use at night. "

In addition, when it rained heavily in Foshan before, the Park also saw rising water levels, but this time it is more serious. Mr. Wang introduced that after the rain, the animal territories will be disinfected, and animals' feed will be increased to provide more nutrition.

记者从网友发布的图片中看到，水没过老虎半身，天鹅游出了人工湖……针对上述情况，中山公园负责人王先生回应羊城晚报记者称，公园内大型动物没有出现丢失的情况，多台水泵同时工作，水位已经停止上涨。

据中山公园负责人王先生介绍，目前大型动物都在笼子里待着，没有出现丢失的情况，动物也相对安全，“老虎本身会游水，老虎笼里有个水晶台，它们会上去。”长颈鹿也在属于自己的地盘里待着。

此外，下雨导致中山公园里人工湖的水位上涨，加上人工湖水位较高，所以有天鹅、丹顶鹤等动物游出了人工湖，但是他们的生命安全没有受到影响，“天鹅、丹顶鹤都是水禽，问题不大。”王先生说。

得益于消防的和紧急救援队的及时赶到，公园的水已经停止上涨，王先生介绍，公园积水深度停留在40厘米左右。“目前有七八台水泵在同时工作进行排水，一台更大功率的水泵，也将在晚上投入使用。”

此外，佛山以前雨量大时，中山公园也遇到过水位上涨的情况，但这次比较严重。王先生介绍，雨过之后会对动物的地盘进行消毒，增加饲料，给动物补充营养。
