珠江新城有许多充满现代感的建筑、多元的外来美食,聚集在这里的星级酒店展示着广州美食开放包容的胸怀。“90后”主厨邵钧霆曾在法国学习多年,他把国外学习到的西餐知识和理念带到广州,结合粤菜元素,烹制适合本地人口味的西餐菜式,“美食之中,无问西东”,是他烹饪西餐的理念。

Zhujiang New City in Guangzhou is home to many modern buildings and diverse foreign cuisines, with its star-rated hotels showcasing the openness and inclusiveness of Guangzhou's delights. Shao Junting, a chef who is born in the 1990s and studied in France for many years, has brought his knowledge and understanding of Western cuisine to Guangzhou. By integrating elements of Cantonese cuisine, he creates Western dishes that cater to local tastes. His philosophy in cooking Western food is "there is no clear division between the East and West in gastronomy."
