Guangzhou has revealed "The YOUNG Guangzhou Top 10 Culture and Tourism Routes", creatively deconstructing the term "YOUNG" to provide fresh perspectives and a comprehensive showcase of Guangzhou's charm.

The routes encompass five themes: "Yummy Guangzhou", "Open Guangzhou", "Unique Guangzhou", "Guangzhou Nights", and "Graceful Guangzhou". Each theme is paired with two curated routes.

According to the introduction, the pronunciation of "YOUNG" in English is similar to the word "yang (sheep)" in Chinese, and the "YOUNG" experience encapsulates the following concepts: Y stands for Yummy, O stands for Open, U stands for Unique, N stands for Night, and G stands for Graceful.

One of the themes, "Yummy Guangzhou" revolves around the city's culinary scene. As the first city to hold both the titles of "Capital of Chinese Cuisine" and "International Food City", Guangzhou boasts a rich and inclusive culinary culture. This theme offers the "Unmissable Old Cantonese Delights" route, connecting landmarks like Panxi Restaurant, Huishijia (Binjiang Daguanyuan branch), Tianzi Mato Waterside Teahouse, China Hotel, as well as the Shangxiajiu Pedestrian Street and the Jiangnan West Cultural and Tourism Business District. Visitors can savor traditional Cantonese flavors and indulge in authentic street snacks.

Having secured the distinction of being the ninth Asian city to receive Michelin recognition, the "Irresistible Michelin-Starred Culinary Journey" guides participants from the White Swan Hotel's Yutangchun Restaurant to Yubaoxuan Restaurant, Zhengjia Plaza, Jiang Restaurant, Guangdong Museum of Art, and Yue Restaurant. This route provides an opportunity for tourists to savor the exquisite tastes of premium Cantonese cuisine.

The "Open Guangzhou" theme focuses on Guangzhou's maritime Silk Road heritage and its history as a bustling trade center. The "Venturing through Time in Search of Treasures" route spans from the ancient port of Huangpu Port to the South Sea God Temple, Zhenhai Tower, and Thirteen Hongs Museum, linking Guangzhou's ports, pagodas, temples, courtyards, and towers to its historical trade and commerce legacy. The "Facing the Sea, Blossoming in Warmth" route highlights the unique charm of Nansha, Guangzhou's sole sea-facing gateway. From Huangpu Changzhou Island Yacht Terminal to Nansha Tianhou Palace, Nansha IFC Library, Nansha Huigu Super Dyke, and Nanbeitai Village, tourists can take in the panoramic views of Nansha's beauty.

Under the "Unique Guangzhou" theme, the routes showcase the city's distinctive charm. The newly introduced "Romantic Cantonese Heritage" route leads through Chen Clan Ancestral Hall, Shamian Historical and Cultural District, culminating in the enchanting Enning Road Yongqingfang, known as "The Most Beautiful Arcade Street" in Guangzhou. The route also encompasses historical sites such as Pantang Wuyue, the new landmark New Guangzhou Cultural Center, and the ancient village of Shawan, embodying Guangzhou's commitment to preserving and revitalizing its intangible cultural heritage.

广州发布十大“美好就这YOUNG文旅精品线路”，创意解构“YOUNG”，新视角、全方位展现广州风采。

“美好就这YOUNG文旅精品线路”设置食在广州、开放广州、独特广州、广州之夜、优雅广州五大主题，每一主题对应两条精选线路。

据介绍，“YOUNG”英语发音同“羊”字，“YOUNG”城体验具体包括“Y——Yummy（美味）、O——Open（开放）”、U——Unique（独特）、N——Night（夜晚）G——Graceful（优雅）。

其中，围绕“Y——Yummy（美味）食在广州”主题，作为全国首个“中华美食之都”和“国际美食之都”双料称号城市，广州饮食文化的源远流长、兼容并包。这一主题线路中，“不可辜负的老广美味”线路将泮溪酒家、惠食佳（滨江大公馆店）、天字码头水上茶居、中国大酒店以及上下九步行街、江南西文商旅融合圈等串联，游客既可感受传统的老广味道，也能品尝街头巷尾的地道小吃；

而作为亚洲第九个获得米其林评鉴的城市，“无法抵挡的星级舌尖SPA”体验游则从白天鹅宾馆玉堂春暖餐厅游走到御宝轩餐厅、正佳广场、江餐厅、广东美术馆、玥餐厅，带游客尽揽精品粤菜的星级味道。

“O——Open开放广州”主题线路聚焦广州海丝文化历史及“千年商都”的商贸文化。在“乘风破浪寻宝藏”线路中，从千年古港黄埔港到南海神庙、镇海楼、十三行博物馆……串起广州的“港、塔、寺、院、楼”，见证港口贸易与商贸活动的历史烟云；“面朝大海春暖花开”线路展示广州唯一出海口——南沙的风采，从黄埔长洲岛游艇码头到南沙天后宫、IFC南沙空中图书馆、南沙慧谷超级堤、南北台村等，纵览南沙美景。

“U-unique(独特)独特广州”主题线路彰显广州的独特之美。新推出的“非遗里的广式浪漫”线路经陈家祠、沙面历史文化街区后，来到“广州最美骑楼街”恩宁路永庆坊，线路还涵盖有900多年历史的泮塘五约、城市文化新地标广州文化馆新馆、粤式乡村沙湾古镇，尽显广州近年推进非遗文化的保护传承及非遗体验焕发的活力。
