On July 18th, the Survey Office of the National Bureau of Statistics in Guangdong released the province's data on household income and consumption in the first half of 2023.
In this period, the per capita disposable income of Guangdong residents reached 25,956 RMB, an increase of 4.9% year on year (all that mentioned below will be year-on-year growth, unless otherwise specified), or 4.1% growth in real terms.
In terms of permanent residence, the per capita disposable income of urban residents was 31,347 RMB, up by 4.3%, while that of rural residents was 12,961 RMB, an increase of 6.6%.
From the perspective of the sources of income, the average wage income of Guangdong residents was 17,641 RMB, an increase of 5.0%, accounting for 68.0% of the total disposable income. The average net income from operations was 3,047 RMB, up by 5.4%, taking up 11.7% of the total disposable income, while the average net property income was 3,531 RMB, up by 4.1%, accounting for 13.6% of the total disposable income.
The first half of 2023 also witnessed a 3.9% growth year on year of the average living expenditure in Guangdong, which hit 16,339 RMB, among which the average living expenditure of the urban residents reached 18,774 RMB, while that of the rural residents was 10,468 RMB, an increase of 3.7% and 3.5% respectively.
By category of consumption, "seven rises and one fall" can be seen in the eight major categories. Among them, the health care expenditure and the expenditures on education, culture and entertainment recorded double-digit growth, up 14.2% and 11.4% respectively; the resident expenditure and the expenditures on other supplies and services grew steadily by 1.6% and 9.1% respectively; while the expenditures on food, tobacco and alcohol, the clothing expenditure and the expenditures on traffic and telecommunications turned from negative growth to positive growth, up 2.4%, 4.3% and 2.8% respectively; and finally, the expenditures on household goods and services edged down 0.2%.

7月18日,国家统计局广东调查总队公布了上半年居民收入和消费数据。
2023年上半年,广东居民人均可支配收入25956元,同比增长(以下如无特别说明,均为同比名义增速)4.9%;扣除价格因素,实际增长4.1%。
按常住地分,城镇居民人均可支配收入31347元,增长4.3%;农村居民人均可支配收入12961元,增长6.6%。
从收入来源看,广东居民人均工资性收入17641元,增长5.0%,占可支配收入的比重为68.0%;人均经营净收入3047元,增长5.4%,占可支配收入的比重为11.7%;人均财产净收入3531元,增长4.1%,占可支配收入的比重为13.6%。
2023年上半年,广东居民人均生活消费支出16339元,同比增长3.9%。按常住地分,城镇居民人均生活消费支出18774元,增长3.7%;农村居民人均生活消费支出10468元,增长3.5%。
按消费类别分,八大类消费增速“七升一降”。其中,医疗保健支出、教育文化娱乐支出增速实现两位数增长,分别增长14.2%、11.4%;居住支出、其他用品及服务支出分别平稳增长1.6%、9.1%;食品烟酒支出、衣着支出、交通通信支出增速由负转正,分别增长2.4%、4.3%、2.8%;生活用品及服务支出略降0.2%。(更多新闻资讯,请关注羊城派 pai.ycwb.com)
