Notably, the documents allege that Bill Gates had an extramarital affair with a Russian woman, contracted a sexually transmitted disease, and attempted to secretly administer antibiotics to his then-wife. Bill Gates subsequently denied these allegations, stating they were fabrications by Epstein after their relationship ended.

Following the document release, multiple U.S. media outlets reported that Trump was mentioned over 1,000 times in the files. Reports indicate that new details reveal a decades-long relationship between Trump and Epstein, dating back to the 1980s. Trump himself has characterized these revelations as a "conspiracy" against him.

In addition to Trump, the newly released documents also feature U.S. Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick, Kevin Warsh (nominated by Trump as a candidate for Federal Reserve Chair), Elon Musk (a close associate of Trump), and Stephen Bannon (a former advisor during Trump's first presidential term), all of whom have drawn significant attention.
