The 2026 Blossom Spring Show kicked off splendidly at the Yunluo Botanical Garden on February 6th and will run until March 15th. As a key part of the 2026 Guangzhou Spring Festival Lantern Show, an elaborate arrangement of 15 large-scale themed Spring lantern sets has been made at the venue. A range of themed activities and interactive scenes are also launched simultaneously, including a lily and hydrangea themed flower exhibition, classical NPC interactions and a Flower Goddess parade, adding a vibrant touch to the Chinese New Year atmosphere in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.

During the event, the Yunluo Botanical Garden on the Baiyun Mountain breaks the norm to open for nighttime visits for the first time. Visitors can take a leisurely stroll up to the Kapok Terrace Observation Deck along the Kapok Trail, an aerial sightseeing footpath, and overlook the Guangzhou urban skyline against the railing.

This Chinese New Year, the garden has innovatively integrated the traditional Spring Festival Lantern Show with garden ecological landscapes for the first time. The event covers the core tourist area of the botanical garden, creating an all-day immersive Chinese New Year experience of admiring blooming flowers by day and glowing lanterns by night for citizens and visitors.

The highlight of this event is the lantern festival crafted based on the original topography, landforms and plant ecology of the Yunluo Botanical Garden. The 15 large-scale themed Spring Festival lantern sets are scattered along streamsides and forest clearings, exquisitely blending natural charm with modern light and shadow art.

On several days during the Chinese New Year holiday, from February 17th to February 22nd and on the Lantern Festival (March 3rd), the Yunluo Botanical Garden transforms into an ancient-style fantasy world where immersive cultural performances are staged in rotation. The garden has launched a series of festive activities integrating tradition and creativity, crafting a strong Chinese New Year experience for citizens and visitors.

广州云萝植物园首开夜场，打造湾区新春新地标

2026花漾迎春会2月6日于云萝植物园璀璨启幕，本次活动将持续至3月15日。作为2026广州新春灯会的重要组成部分，活动现场精心布局15组大型主题新春花灯，同步推出百合绣球主题花展、古风NPC互动、花神精灵巡游等丰富主题活动和互动场景，为粤港澳大湾区的新春氛围增添一抹亮色。

活动期间，白云山云萝植物园打破常规，首次开放夜间游览。游客可沿空中游览步道——木棉道缓步登临木棉台观景台，凭栏远眺广州城市天际线。

今年春节，园区首次将传统新春灯会与园林生态景观创新性融合，活动覆盖植物园核心游览区，为市民游客打造 “昼赏繁花、夜观灯影” 的全时段新春沉浸体验。

本次活动的最大亮点，当数依托云萝植物园原生地形地貌与植物生态打造的灯会。15组大型主题新春花灯沿溪流水岸、林间空地错落布局，将自然野趣与现代光影艺术精妙融合。

春节期间（大年初一至初六及元宵节），云萝植物园化身古风奇幻世界，沉浸式演艺活动轮番登场。云萝植物园推出一系列融合传统与创意的节庆活动，为市民游客营造浓郁的年味体验。
