​The 2025 Guangzhou International Light Festival concluded on the evening of November 26th. By the night of the 26th, a total of 1.4 million visits had been recorded from citizens and tourists visiting the main venues at Huacheng Square and Haixinsha. Online, related topics generated over 260 million impressions.

Six journalists from Indonesia's Antara News Agency, Kompas, tvOne and Liputan6 visited the Center for Southeast Asian Studies of South China Normal University for in-depth discussions with Chinese scholars.

This year's festival featured the university's largest-ever cuisine corridor, with international students and volunteers from around 30 countries　across six continents setting up booths showcasing their native cuisines, together creating a feast for the senses.
