In recent years, amid the wave of globalization, Guangdong's private enterprises have broken through with innovation-driven, technological advantages, and brand strength, becoming an important force in promoting global economic cooperation.

According to statistics, in 2024, the total value of Guangdong's foreign trade reached a new milestone of 9 trillion yuan. Among this, the import and export value of private enterprises in Guangdong was 5.8 trillion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 15.2%, accounting for 63.6% of Guangdong's total foreign trade import and export value, making them the "main force" of Guangdong's foreign trade.
It is reported that AEO enterprises (Authorized Economic Operator), as enterprises with the highest customs credit rating, enjoy "the most convenient domestic and internationally recognized" dual benefits. Guangdong AEO enterprises, representing 1.38% of the total number of foreign trade enterprises, contributed to 43.9% of the total value of Guangdong's imports and exports in 2024. Among them, private AEO enterprises accounted for 2 trillion yuan in imports and exports, or 22.34%, effectively enhancing the international competitiveness of Guangdong enterprises.
On the Champs-Élysées in Paris, France, there is a Guangdong brand store located next to Louis Vuitton, often with long lines—this is "MINISO" from China. As of September 30th, 2024, MINISO has entered 112 countries and regions globally, with over 7,200 stores worldwide, including 4,250 domestic and 2,936 overseas stores.
BYD Automobile has achieved overseas expansion through strategic partnerships and direct investment in overseas factories, accelerating the "going global" of its production lines and the pace of building overseas factories. Midea, through mergers, joint ventures, and self-built factories, now has 22 overseas production bases, with products exported to more than 200 countries and regions, and overseas sales accounting for more than 40% of the company's total revenue. TCL Smart Home Appliances announced the construction of a new production base in Southeast Asia, with an annual capacity of 1 million to 1.4 million refrigerators, and a total investment of 490 million yuan.
Guangdong enterprises not only bring high-quality products to the world but also export advanced technologies, Management models, and industry standards overseas, becoming important participants in the global industrial chain.
BYD's electric platform and battery technology are known as the "business cards" of China's electric vehicles. In recent years, BYD has accelerated its global layout, establishing localized production bases in Southeast Asia, Latin America, and other regions. Through regionalized production, the company exports technology and promotes Chinese electric vehicle technology to the world stage, contributing "Chinese wisdom" and "Chinese solutions" to global green travel.
In the digital economy, Guangdong enterprises have also shown outstanding performance. Recently, tencent Cloud officially announced the establishment of its first data center in Saudi Arabia. Since expanding into overseas markets in 2016, tencent Cloud has built a global cloud infrastructure, operating 58 availability zones in 21 geographical regions worldwide, with business spanning more than 30 sectors, including finance, internet, Media, Gaming, and e-commerce.

进出口总值占比超六成!民企成广东外贸主力军
近年来,在全球化的浪潮中,广东民营企业凭借创新驱动、技术优势和品牌实力突围,成为推动全球经济合作的重要力量。
数据显示,2024年,广东外贸进出口总值迈上9万亿元人民币的新台阶。其中,广东省民营企业进出口5.8万亿元人民币,同比增长15.2%,占同期广东外贸进出口总值的63.6%,成为广东外贸的“主力军”。
据介绍,AEO企业(Authorized Economic Operator,即“经认证的经营者”)作为海关最高信用等级企业,享受“国内最便捷、国际最认可”的双重优惠。广东AEO企业以占外贸企业数量1.38%的比例,贡献了2024年广东外贸进出口额43.9%的规模。其中,民营AEO企业进出口额为2万亿元,占比22.34%,有效提升了广东企业的国际竞争力。
在法国巴黎香榭丽舍大街上,有一家广东品牌门店比邻Louis Vuitton,常常大排长龙——它就是来自中国的“名创优品”。截至2024年9月30日,名创优品已累计进入全球112个国家和地区,在全球拥有超7200家门店,国内门店数4250家,海外门店数2936家。
广东企业不仅将优质产品带向全球,更将先进技术、管理模式和行业标准输出到海外,成为全球产业链的重要参与者。
比亚迪汽车通过战略合作、直接在海外投资建厂等形式实现海外扩张,推进生产线“出海”,加快海外建厂步伐;美的通过并购、合资、自建工厂等多种方式,在全球拥有22个海外生产基地,产品出口至200多个国家和地区,其海外销售占公司总营收的40%以上;TCL智家宣布在东南亚新建生产基地,每年预计新增冰箱产能100万-140万台,总投资4.9亿元……
比亚迪的电动平台和电池技术被称为中国电动车的技术“名片”。近年来,比亚迪加速全球化布局,在东南亚、拉美等地区建立本地化生产基地,通过区域化生产实现技术输出,推动中国电动车技术走向世界舞台,为全球绿色出行贡献“中国智慧”和“中国方案”。
在数字经济领域,广东企业同样表现突出。不久前,腾讯云正式宣布将在沙特阿拉伯建设首个中东数据中心。从2016年发力海外市场至今,腾讯云打造了遍布全球的云基础设施,在全球21个地理区域运营着58个可用区,业务涉及金融、泛互、媒体、游戏、电商等30多个领域。
