On December 2^nd, the "Intangible Heritage Treasures, Gifts from Guangdong - 2023 Guangdong Intangible Cultural Heritage Souvenir Exhibition and Showcase" opened in Guangzhou. With 362 products submitted from across the province, 100 entered the 2023 Guangdong Intangible Cultural Heritage Souvenir List and were officially unveiled at the event. Representatives of selected souvenirs and inheritors of intangible heritages from 21 cities and two provincial institutions gathered to celebrate this cultural extravaganza.

The event, adopting a market-style exhibition, kicked off amidst the awakening lion dance performance and drum beats. Innovative interactive activities like "scratch card collection" engaged visitors, with an estimated 50,000 participants on the day of the unveiling.

The diverse selection of products in the event includes traditional dance, drama, fine arts, craftsmanship, traditional medicine, and folk culture, spanning crafts, daily items, and food products. They include classic works developed through traditional paths and innovative cultural and creative products filled with creativity.

About 15% of the chosen items are innovative cultural products, such as awakening lion dance-inspired creations, 3D puzzles of one-thousand-angle lantern, and bookmarks featuring straw painting, expanding the application of intangible cultural heritage into contemporary daily life.

Embodying the rich "Guangdong flavor", these 100 selected items serve as a treasure trove of Lingnan culture.

At the exhibition area, souvenirs of intangible cultural heritage from all corners of Guangdong captivated visitors, offering a glimpse into the local cultural landscape. The lively atmosphere allowed attendees to experience the fragrance of traditional Dongguan incense, admire creative cultural artifacts inspired by Zhaoqing's Duan Inkstone, and explore artistic water chestnut-shaped pottery from Shaoguan.

Engaging discussions between visitors and inheritors ranged from Yao ethnic attire and silver drums with representatives from Qingyuan to learning the craft of straw painting from inheritors in Chaozhou. The exchange of ideas among inheritors showcased the intricacies and creativity of souvenirs inspired by intangible cultural heritages.

In the experiential zone, 10 representative intangible cultural heritage projects provided immersive interactive experiences. Crowds gathered around the Guangzhou olive kernel carving, Yao embroidery, and Guangde ceramic firing craftsmanship booths, as citizens enthusiastically immersed themselves in these cultural encounters.

Zhang Zaiyue, a representative inheritor of Chaozhou paper cutting at the Yao embroidery booth, shared, "Paper cutting reflects a snapshot of life. We not only cut beautiful and intricate patterns but also use this skill to depict various objects in life." The careful incorporation of intangible cultural elements into souvenirs by the people of Lingnan reflects the charm of Lingnan culture, further promoting its brilliance through diverse dissemination channels.

2023年广东非遗手信发布会暨展示活动启幕

12月2日，“非遗好物 广东有礼——2023年广东非遗手信发布会暨展示活动”在广州开幕。在本次广东非遗手信评选活动中，全省上报362件产品，其中100件产品入选2023年广东非遗手信名单，并于现场正式发布。来自省内21地市及2个省有关单位的入选手信代表和非遗传承人汇聚于此，共享非遗盛会。

活动采用集市的形式集中展示，在醒狮表演和锣鼓声中拉开序幕。活动现场创新互动玩法，“刮卡集章”吸引了大小游客花式打卡“非遗体验”，纷纷积极参与喜爱的项目活动。据不完全统计，发布会当天参与人数达5万人次。

此次“2023年广东非遗手信”入选产品项目多样，涉及传统舞蹈、传统戏剧、传统美术、传统技艺、传统医药、民俗6个类别。形态上涉及工艺品、日用品、饮食产品等多种类型，既有循传统路径开发的经典之作，也有创意满满的文创新品。

此次评选出的产品中，约有15%是创新性的文创产品，如醒狮文创、千角灯3D拼图、麦秆画书签等，这些作品扩大了非遗的应用场景，将优秀传统文化元素融入当代生活日常，助力非遗多元传播。

100件“2023年广东非遗手信”凝聚了浓浓的“广东味”，堪称岭南风物宝典。

在手信展示区现场，来自广东各地的非遗手信逐一亮相、大展风采，市民游客犹如走进本土风物大观园。现场人声鼎沸，热闹非凡，观众们在这里试闻莞香、细看肇庆端砚文创、把玩来自韶关的马蹄陶艺摆件……

有的观众与来自清远的传承人讨论瑶族服饰与银鼓，有的和潮州的传承人学习麦秆剪贴画的制作方法……各传承人之间也相互致意，解惑答疑，探讨不同非遗手信的精妙与创意。

在活动体验区，10项代表性非遗项目展位设置了沉浸式体验互动。广州榄雕、瑶族刺绣、光德陶瓷烧制技艺等体验现场，围满了正在体验或跃跃欲试的市民游客。

体验区瑶绣摊位潮州剪纸代表性传承人张在跃告诉记者：“剪纸剪出的是生活的缩影。我们不仅剪出美丽繁复的花纹，还会用这项技艺刻画下生活中的大小物件。”非遗元素被用心的岭南人民提取进手信，并在多样化传播中，将岭南文化的魅力进一步发扬光大。
