In 2015, Li Jiayun, whose parents are from Xinjiang, came to Kashgar with Guangdong's mission and enthusiasm for the "pairing assistance" program to assist Xinjiang with development. He has been rooted there for eight years.

As a benchmark project in Guangdong's Xinjiang-supporting projects, the one conducted by Dongguan Industrial Investment Holding Group witnessed its annual output value surge from 520 million yuan in 2017 to 2.9 billion yuan in 2022 since its operation in 2017. The number of employees and employee's income have also shown a linear increase. Li said, "Our goal of annual output value this year is to reach 3.45 billion yuan. "

Annual revenue of the textile project exceeds 3 billion yuan

Li Jiayun also said that the Dongguan Industrial Investment Holding Group's Xinjiang-supporting project in Kashgar transformed the cotton resources into products locally, adding Xinjiang cotton with more value as textile products, which will be sold to all parts of the country and overseas.

According to Li, the total investment of Dongguan Industrial Investment Holding Group's Xinjiang-supporting project is 3.94 billion yuan, which is the largest industrial Xinjiang-supporting project in terms of investment among all paired provinces and cities in China. The project started in 2015 and is divided into three phases of construction with a total scale of one million spindles. It was fully completed and put into operation in June 2020, making it the largest single spinning project in Xinjiang.

In the automated factory of the project, the reporter saw that all 11 spinning process workshops are equipped with the most advanced professional equipment from countries such as Switzerland and Germany. With the support of advanced equipment and digital management, this project has achieved a monthly output of 12,000 tons of yarn and an annual textile revenue of over three billion yuan.

Currently, the textile fabrics produced in this project are mainly sold to Guangdong, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Fujian, and other regions, with some also being sold overseas. "We insist on optimizing the structure of the organization and innovating our products. We must actively analyze and guide the market in order to take the initiative."

Path of prosperity: villagers become industrial workers

In the workshop of the Dongguan Industrial Investment Holding Group's Xinjiang-supporting project, workers need to constantly learn the latest skills in operating equipment, and the company also encourages employees to continuously improve their skills through various means.

In this regard, Li Jiayun said that as a Xinjiang-supporting enterprise from Guangdong, its purpose is to improve the life quality of local people, enabling a large number of young ethnic minority individuals to quickly become industrial workers with comprehensive and enhanced capabilities.

Yi Mingjiang, a worker of the project, is responsible for the winding process, and this is his sixth year working here. He said, "During my time working here, I met my current wife and bought a car. Now we live a happy life as a family of three, and I am very satisfied."

There are many employees here who achieve financial success and meet their love. Worker Ayiguli and her husband have a monthly income of nearly 8,000 yuan. She has bought a car and built a house for her mother.

It is reported that more than 1,000 employees of Dongguan Industrial Investment Holding Group's Xinjiang-supporting project have purchased cars, which is a symbol of a better life in Kashgar.

年纺织收入超30亿，美好生活有盼头｜“粤”动新疆美

东实集团援疆项目负责人李加云今年迎来从事纺织行业的第36年。“我意识到世界纺织的领跑者只能是中国。”

2015年，作为“疆二代”的李加云带着广东援疆的使命和热情来到喀什，一扎根就是8年。

作为广东援疆的标杆项目，从2017年投产以来，东实集团援疆项目年产值从2017年的5.2亿元一路攀升至2022年的29亿元，项目员工数量和员工收入也呈直线上涨态势。“我们今年的目标是年产值34.5亿元。”

项目年纺织收入超30亿元

李加云表示，东实集团援疆项目在喀什将棉花资源就地转化成产品，让新疆棉成为带有附加值的纺织产品，由此走向全国各地和海外。

据李加云介绍，东实集团援疆项目总投资39.4亿元，是全国援疆省市中投资额最大的产业援疆项目。该项目始建于2015年，分三期建设，总规模为100万纱锭，2020年6月全面建成投产，是新疆地区单体最大的纺纱项目。

在该项目的自动化工厂内，记者看到11道纺纱工序车间都配有专业的机器设备，据悉均是来自瑞士、德国等国家的最先进设备。依托于先进的设备和数字化管理模式，该项目实现了纱线月产量12000吨，年纺织收入超过30亿元。

目前，东实集团援疆项目生产的纺织布匹多销往广东、浙江、江苏、福建等地，也有部分销往海外。“我们坚持对内组织结构创新，对外产品创新。必须要主动分析和引导市场，才能占据主动权。”

从村民到产业工人的奔康之路

在东实集团援疆项目的车间工作，工人们需要不断学习操作设备的最新技能，公司也通过各种手段鼓励员工不断提升技能。

对此，李加云表示，作为广东援疆企业，其目的就是要改善当地老百姓的生活质量，让大批少数民族青年快速成长为综合素质全面提升的产业工人。

依明江负责的工作是络筒工序，这是他在这里工作的第6年。他表示，“在这里工作的过程中，我认识了现在的妻子，还买了一辆车，现在过上一家三口的生活，非常满足。”

在这里实现收入和爱情双丰收的员工格外多，阿依古丽夫妻两人每月有近8000元的工资收入，阿依古丽购置了汽车，还给母亲家盖上了楼房。据介绍，东实集团援疆项目已有1000余名员工购买了小汽车，这在喀什是一种生活提升的象征。

据统计，东实集团援疆项目累计带动兵地4200余人就业，其中民族员工占比超过80%，助力南疆地区1147户2300余人脱贫致富。
