On September 23rd, the achievement exhibition of Guangdong's intangible cultural heritage (ICH) workstations to celebrate the upcoming Mid-Autumn Festival was held in the ICH block of Yong Qing Fang in Liwan District, Guangzhou.

The 14 Guangdong ICH workstations were officially open to guests, showcasing the charm of Lingnan's intangible cultural heritage items in an all-around way. At the exhibition, the Bashiyuan workstation presented embroideries from Chaoshan area, the Chaozhou ancient architectural craftsmanship workstation displayed models of Chaozhou ancient buildings, while the agarwood-making craft workstation showcased the fragrance oils made from Aquilaria sinensis.

Peanuts with dried tangerine peels, yogurt with dried tangerine peels, and coffee with dried tangerine peels ... At the Xinhui dried tangerine peel workstation, a variety of derivative products of dried tangerine peels were exhibited. The dried tangerine peels here were made from the peels of Xinhui tangerines, whose pulp was often discarded, resulting in waste of food and damage to the environment. Luckily, through research and development, the pulp of Xinhui tangerines can also be put to good use.

In recent years, the Xinhui dried tangerine peel workstation has been actively exploring and extending the dried tangerine peel industry chain. For example, they take the pulp of Xinhui tangerines as a mother liquor and combine it with dried tangerine peel, ginseng, wolfberries, and other traditional Chinese medicinal materials that share both medicinal and edible properties, and then transformed it into dried tangerine peel enzymes through biological fermentation, developing a variety of beverages with digestion-aiding and fatigue-fighting effects.

The person in charge of the Guangdong's ICH workstations in Yong Qing Fang said that the gathering of the 14 workstations allows citizens to have a comprehensive view of Guangdong's impressive intangible cultural heritages. "In addition to the intangible cultural heritage items born in Guangzhou, such as the Rice Flour Water Caltrop from Xiguan and the Jingxiutang Traditional Chinese Medicine culture, citizens can also witness the Aquilaria sinensis from Dongguan, the Duan inkstones from Zhaoqing, cuisines from Chaozhou, and Yao embroideries from Shaoguan."

Zhang Minhui, a national inheritor of the Ivory Carving project and master of Chinese arts and crafts, believes that the achievement exhibition of Guangdong's intangible cultural heritage workstations is a platform for cultural exchange, showing the importance of communication to the inheritors of intangible cultural heritage. "In their daily lives, the inheritors from Guangzhou and Foshan always exchange and learn from each other. This exhibition also allows local inheritors in Guangzhou to deepen their understanding of the cultural achievements from other places in northern, eastern, and western Guangdong."

9月23日，“迎中秋 睇非遗”广东省非物质文化遗产工作站成果展在广州市荔湾区永庆坊非遗街区举行。

14个广东省非物质文化遗产工作站摊位正式迎客，多维度展示岭南非遗项目的魅力。在现场，百师园工作站带来了潮绣产品，潮州古建筑营造工作站带来了潮州古建筑模型，莞香制作工作站带来了由莞香制作的香薰精油等产品。

陈皮花生、陈皮酸奶、陈皮咖啡……新会陈皮工作站的摊位展示了多款陈皮衍生产品。陈皮是用新会柑的果皮制作而成，果肉却经常被丢弃，除了浪费，对环境也造成一定影响。但经过研发，新会柑果肉也有了新用处。

近年来，新会陈皮工作站积极探索、延伸新会陈皮产业链。例如，以新会柑果肉为母液，结合新会陈皮、人参、枸杞子等药食同源的中药材，通过生物发酵技术，转化为陈皮酵素，研发助消化、抗疲劳等多款饮品。

广东省非物质文化遗产永庆坊工作站相关负责人表示，14个省级非遗工作站齐聚广州永庆坊非遗街区，能让市民一次饱览广东省亮眼的非遗文化。“市民除了能看到西关水菱角、敬修堂中药文化等诞生于广州的非遗项目，还能看到来自东莞的莞香、肇庆的端砚、潮州的潮菜、韶关的瑶族刺绣等。”

中国工艺美术大师、非物质文化遗产象牙雕刻项目国家级传承人张民辉认为：“广东省非物质文化遗产工作站成果展是一个文化交流的平台，也给非遗传承人一个信号——相互交流是十分重要的。平日里，广佛两地的非遗传承人经常交流学习，通过这个成果展，能让广州本地非遗传承人加深了解来自粤北、粤东、粤西等其他地方的非遗文化成果。”
